Top University of Pacific alumni playing currently pro basketball

We bring you last week's top former Tigers players who are currently playing in pro basketball.


   #1. Tonko Vuko (6'8''-F-94, graduated '17, plays pro in Croatia) could not help Sibenik (5-9) in their last game. Despite his good performance Sibenik lost 95-104 on the road to the higher-ranked (#6) KK Vrijednosnice Osijek. Vuko scored 13 points and grabbed 9 rebounds in 32 minutes. It's Vuko's first season with the team. This year he averages 9.3ppg, 8.4rpg and 1.3apg in 14 games he played so far.

   #2. Khalil Kelley (6'8''-C-91, graduated '14, plays in Argentina) was not able to help Libertad Sunchales in their game against Gimnasia (9-4) in the Argentinian La Liga. Kelley scored 9 points and grabbed 7 rebounds. But Libertad Sunchales was edged 82-79 in Comodoro Rivadavia by the higher-ranked Gimnasia (#4). It's Kelley's first season with the team. He has relatively good stats this year 13.6ppg and 7.6rpg.

   #3. Nyika Williams (6'8''-F/C-87, graduated '11, currently in Japan) was not able to secure a victory for Fukushima (17-20) in their game against Yamagata (16-21) in the Japanese B2 League. It was not his best game last Saturday. Williams scored only 3 points and grabbed 7 rebounds in 26 minutes. The fourth-placed Fukushima (17-20) lost 71-75 on the opponent's court to the lower-ranked (#5) Yamagata in the East group. It's Williams' first season with the team. He has individually a very good year with high stats. Williams averages 16.9ppg, 8.3rpg, 1.4apg and 1.4spg in seven games.

   #4. Namdi Okonkwo (7'0''-C-94, graduated '18, plays in Spain) couldn't help Aquimisa Laboratorios Zamorano (12-8) in their game against Cocinas.com (11-9) in the Spanish LEB Silver (third division), despite his good performance on Sunday night. He scored 12 points, grabbed 7 rebounds and made 2 blocks in 21 minutes. But the fourth-placed Aquimisa Laboratorios Zamorano (12-8) was edged 75-72 in Logrono by the lower-ranked (#7) Cocinas.com in the West group. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. This year Okonkwo averages 7.0ppg, 4.0rpg and 3.0bpg in three games.

   #5. Sami Eleraky (7'0''-C-93, graduated '17, currently in Spain) couldn't help Nautico Tenerife (13-5) in their game against Casvi (5-11) in the Spanish EBA (fourth division). Despite his good performance in Saturday night's game Eleraky recorded 10 points, 8 rebounds and 2 blocks. Eleraky has relatively good stats this season 12.9ppg and 8.5rpg.

   #6. Ilias Theodorou (6'9''-F-95, graduated '18, plays pro in Greece) couldn't help Psychiko in their game against Iraklis in the Greek A2 (second division). He recorded 5 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 10 minutes. His team lost 64-79. This year Theodorou averages 3.1ppg and 2.3rpg in 12 games.

   #7. David Taylor (6'3''-G-95, graduated '17, plays in Germany) couldn't help Loewen in their game against OrangeAcademy in the German ProB (third division). Despite his very good performance in Sunday night's game He was the top scorer with 17 points. Taylor also added 5 rebounds. This season Taylor has very high stats. He averages 19.1ppg, 5.4rpg, 2.9apg and 1.3spg.
