Here is the weekly review of the top performing Bruins alumni, who are currently playing in pro basketball.


   #1. Rebekah Gardner (6'1''-G-90, graduated '12, plays pro in Turkey) could not help OGM Orman Genclik Ankara (11-3) in their game last Sunday. Despite her very good performance OGM Orman Genclik Ankara was badly defeated 90-73 on the road by the lower-ranked Fenerbahce (#3). Gardner was the top scorer with 23 points. She also added 5 boards, handed out 4 passes and blocked 2 shots in 34 minutes. Gardner has individually a very good season with high stats. She averages 16.9ppg, 5.6rpg, 2.6apg and 1.3spg.

   #2. Jordin Canada (5'6''-PG-95, graduated '18, plays in Poland) led Wisla Krakow to a victory over the 11th-ranked Politechnika Gdanska (2-11) 74-58 in the Polish EBLK in Saturday night's game. She was MVP of the game. Canada scored 16 points, grabbed 4 boards, dished 4 assists and stole 3 balls; quite an impressive performance considering it's only her first season in pro basketball. Wisla CANPACK Krakow (12-4) is placed third in the EBLK. It was her team's eighth consecutive victory in a row. Canada has relatively good stats this year 11.3ppg, 3.0rpg, 4.4apg and 2.0spg in nine games she played so far.

   #3. Nirra Fields (5'9''-G-93, graduated '16, currently in Poland) contributed to a Energa Torun's victory against the closely-ranked Artego Bydgoszcz (10-3) 83-77 in the Polish EBLK last Sunday. Fields scored 15 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 27 minutes; not bad, considering it's only her third season in pro basketball. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Energa Torun (10-3) is placed third in the EBLK. It was her team's fifth consecutive victory in a row. This season Fields has very high stats. She averages 15.3ppg, 4.7rpg, 1.8apg and 1.2spg.

   #4. Atonye Nyingifa (5'11''-F-90, graduated '14, plays pro in Spain) was the main contributor in a Duran Maquinaria Ensino Lugo's victory against the 11th-ranked Zamarat (4-11) 77-59 in the Spanish LFB on Saturday night. Nyingifa was MVP of the game. She had a double-double by scoring 17 points and getting 12 rebounds. Nyingifa also added 2 blocks and 4 steals. Duran Maquinaria Ensino Lugo (7-8) is placed seventh in the LFB. It was her team's third consecutive victory in a row. It's Nyingifa's first season with the team. She has relatively good stats this year 13.2ppg, 8.3rpg, 1.7apg and 1.7spg in 15 games. Nyingifa is a naturalized Nigerian.

   #5. Monique Billings (6'4''-F-96, graduated '18, plays in China) helped Heilongjiang Dragons win their game against the closely-ranked Liaoning Hengye (11-21) 69-55 in the Chinese WCBA in Friday night's game. Billings was MVP of the game. She recorded a double-double by scoring 21 points and getting 14 rebounds. Billings also added 3 assists in 37 minutes. Heilongjiang Dragons (13-19) are placed 11th in the WCBA. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. It's Billings' first season with the team. This year she has very high stats. Billings averages 16.0ppg, 11.6rpg, 1.2apg and 1.7spg.

   #6. Luiana Livulo (6'3''-C-91, graduated '15, currently in United Kingdom) helped Westfield Health Sheffield Hatters win their game against the closely-ranked Newcastle Eagles crushing them 109-85 in the British WBBL last Saturday. Livulo recorded 10 points, 7 rebounds and 3 blocks. She has relatively good stats this year 12.9ppg, 9.5rpg, 1.9apg and 2.2bpg in 12 games.

   #7. Alyssia Brewer (6'3''-F/C-90, graduated '13, plays pro in Hungary) managed to help PEAC-Pecs to win against the league outsider MTK 86-74 in the Hungarian A Division on Saturday night. Brewer scored only 2 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 9 minutes on the court. This season she averages 4.5ppg and 5.0rpg.
