We bring you last week's top former Tigers players who are currently playing in pro basketball.


   #1. Derrick Rose (6'3''-G-88, graduated '08, plays pro in the NBA) could not help the Minnesota Timberwolves (14-18) in their last game. Despite his very good performance the Minnesota Timberwolves (14-18) lost 123-129 on the road to the Detroit Pistons. Rose was the top scorer with 33 points. He also added 7 passes in 38 minutes. It's Rose's first season with the team. Rose has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 18.5ppg, 2.8rpg and 4.6apg in 30 games he played so far.

   #2. Geron Johnson (6'3''-G-92, graduated '14, plays in Qatar) was not able to help Al Rayyan (0-1) in their last game on Thursday. Despite Johnson's very good performance Al Rayyan was crushed 91-54 in a derby game by the higher-ranked Al Sadd (#4). He was the top scorer with 19 points. Johnson also added 9 rebounds. It was his first game for Al Rayyan this season. Johnson is a naturalized Lebanese.

   #3. Michael Dixon (6'1''-G-90, graduated '14, currently in Israel) led Bnei Hertzeliya to a victory over the league outsider Maccabi Rishon (3-7) 74-67 in the Israeli Winner League on Monday night. Dixon was MVP of the game. He recorded 17 points, 6 assists and 4 steals in 28 minutes. Bnei Hertzeliya (4-6) is placed seventh in the Winner League. It's Dixon's first season with the team. Dixon has relatively good stats this year 11.6ppg, 2.8rpg, 5.6apg and 1.9spg in 10 games. He is a naturalized Georgian.

   #4. Ferrakohn Hall (6'8''-F-90, graduated '13, plays pro in the NBA G League) contributed to a Windy City Bulls' victory against the Northern Arizona Suns (3-18) 99-87 in the NBA G League in Wednesday night's game. He recorded 15 points. The Windy City Bulls have 9-12 record this season. It was his team's first victory after three consecutive loses. It's Hall's first year with the team. This season Hall averages 8.9ppg, 4.1rpg and 1.9apg.

   #5. Tyreke Evans (6'6''-PG-89, graduated '09, plays in the NBA) was not able to secure a victory for the Indiana Pacers (21-12) in their game against the Toronto Raptors (25-10) in the NBA. He recorded 5 points in 13 minutes. The Indiana Pacers (21-12) were edged 99-96 in Toronto by the Raptors. It's Evans' first season with the team. Evans has relatively good stats this year 10.2ppg, 3.0rpg, 2.4apg and 1.2spg in 30 games.

   #6. Trahson Burrell (6'7''-F/G-92, graduated '16, currently in the NBA G League) helped Texas Legends win their game against the Delaware Blue Coats 110-95 in the NBA G League on Saturday night. He recorded 9 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. This season Burrell averages 5.8ppg, 4.0rpg and 1.8apg.

   #7. Adonis Thomas (6'7''-SF-93, graduated '13, plays pro in Germany) couldn't help medi Bayreuth in their game against SIG Strasbourg in the Basketball Champions League. He cannot count it as his best performance. Thomas scored only 2 points in 11 minutes. His team lost 76-84. He has relatively good stats this year 10.8ppg, 3.2rpg and 1.6apg in 10 games.

   #8. Willie Kemp (6'1''-PG-87, graduated '10, plays in Romania) couldn't help the league outsider CS Dinamo Bucuresti (0-10) in their last game on Saturday. Despite his good performance the eighth-placed CS Dinamo Bucuresti was defeated 96-89 in Cluj Napoca by the higher-ranked Cluj Napoca (#4) in the Group A. Kemp recorded a double-double by scoring 10 points and making the same number of passes. He also added 6 rebounds. This season Kemp has very high stats. He averages 15.3ppg, 2.0rpg, 3.7apg and 2.3spg.

   #9. Shaquille Goodwin (6'9''-F-94, graduated '16, currently in Italy) was the major contributor in a Givova Scafati's surprising victory against the third-ranked Novipiu Casale 101-89 in the Italian Serie A2 (second division) on Sunday night. He had a double-double by scoring 20 points and getting 10 rebounds in 35 minutes. Goodwin has relatively good stats this year 11.3ppg, 10.5rpg, 2.4apg and 1.6bpg in 12 games.

   #10. Ricky Tarrant (6'2''-PG-93, graduated '16, plays pro in Turkey) was the main contributor in Artvin's victory against the league outsider Yalova Bld 98-87 in the Turkish TBL (second division) in Friday night's game. Tarrant was MVP of the game. He scored 27 points (!!!), made 8 passes and 3 steals (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line). This season Tarrant has very high stats. He averages 25.2ppg, 4.5rpg, 5.3apg and 2.2spg.
