We bring you last week's top former Blazers players who are currently playing in pro basketball.


   #1. Dirk Williams (6'5''-G-94, graduated '17, plays pro in United Kingdom) could not help one of league's weakest teams DBL Sharks Sheffield (9-4) in their last game. Despite his very good performance DBL Sharks Sheffield lost 82-92 on the road to the leading London Lions. Williams was the top scorer with 30 points. He also added 6 rebounds in 41 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only Williams' second season in pro basketball. Williams has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 19.2ppg, 6.5rpg, 2.8apg and 1.4spg in 13 games he played so far.

   #2. Aaron Johnson (5'8''-PG-88, graduated '11, plays in Latvia) was not able to help Ventspils (3-6) in their last game on Wednesday. Despite Johnson's very good performance Ventspils was defeated 67-61 at home by the leading UCAM Murcia. He was the top scorer with 15 points. Johnson also added 5 rebounds and dished 5 assists. Johnson has relatively good stats this season 12.2ppg, 2.6rpg, 7.7apg and 1.6spg.

   #3. Jordan Swing (6'6''-F-90, graduated '14, currently in Israel) led Hapoel B/S to a victory over the closely-ranked Maccabi Ashdod (5-4) 87-70 in the Israeli Winner League on Monday night. Swing was MVP of the game. He recorded 22 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in 35 minutes. Hapoel Beer Sheva (5-5) is placed sixth in the Winner League. It's Swing's first season with the team. Swing has very impressive stats this year 15.1ppg, 5.2rpg and 2.1apg in 10 games.

   #4. Chad Frazier (6'4''-G-92, graduated '14, plays pro in Turkey) was the main contributor in a Sigortam.net ITU's victory against the closely-ranked OGM Orman (5-5) 85-76 in the Turkish TBL (second division) in Friday night's game. Frazier was MVP of the game. He scored 31 points (!!!), grabbed 5 rebounds and dished 4 assists. Sigortam.net ITU Basket Istanbul (6-5) is placed seventh in the TBL. It was his team's fourth consecutive victory in a row. There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Frazier has relatively good stats this season 14.9ppg, 4.5rpg and 2.5apg.

   #5. Jamarr Sanders (6'4''-G-88, graduated '11, plays in Italy) contributed to an Alma TR's surprising victory against the fifth-ranked Sidigas AV (7-3) crushing them 110-64 in the Italian Serie A last Sunday. Sanders recorded 13 points and added 3 passes in a mere 16 minutes. Alma-Agenzia Per Il Lavoro Trieste (4-6) is placed 11th in the Serie A. It was his team's first victory after three consecutive loses. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. It's Sanders' first year with the team. He has relatively good stats this season 10.9ppg, 4.4rpg and 2.6apg in eight games.

   #6. Chris Cokley (6'8''-F-96, graduated '18, currently in Ukraine) was not able to secure a victory for one of league's weakest teams Cherkasy in their game against Politekhnik in the Ukrainian Superleague. He scored 6 points. His team was defeated 94-85. This season Cokley has very high stats. He averages 15.5ppg, 7.7rpg, 1.6apg and 1.2spg.

   #7. Preston Purifoy (6'5''-G/F-92, graduated '14, plays pro in Czech Republic) couldn't help BK Kolin in their game against CEZ Nymburk in the Czech Republic NBL. He scored 5 points, grabbed 5 rebounds and dished 3 assists in 31 minutes. His team was crushed by 28 points 107-79. This year Purifoy averages 9.8ppg, 2.4rpg and 1.3apg in 14 games.

   #8. Walter Sharpe (6'9''-F/C-86, graduated '08, plays in Taiwan) contributed to an easy victory against one of league's weakest teams Fubon Braves 88-69 in the Taiwanese SBL last Saturday. Sharpe recorded a double-double by scoring 15 points and getting 12 rebounds. He also added 4 assists, 3 blocks and 3 steals. Sharpe has relatively good stats this season 15.0ppg, 13.5rpg, 3.5apg, 2.5bpg and 1.9spg.

   #9. William Lee (6'8''-F-95, graduated '18, currently in the NBA G League) couldn't help the Iowa Wolves in their game against the Windy City Bulls in the NBA G League. Lee cannot count Friday's game as one of the best ones. He recorded only 3 points in 3 minutes on the court. His team lost 103-115 in the NBA G League. This year Lee averages 1.9ppg and 1.5rpg in eight games.

   #10. Terrence Roderick (6'5''-SF-88, graduated '09, plays pro in Italy) couldn't help Bergamo Bsk (8-4) in their last game on Tuesday. Despite his very good performance the second-placed Bergamo Bsk was edged 109-106 on their home court in Bergamo by the lower-ranked Benacquista LT (#7) in the West group. Roderick was the second best scorer with 26 points. He also added 7 rebounds and 6 assists. This season Roderick has very high stats. He averages 20.8ppg, 10.6rpg, 5.4apg and 1.5spg.
