We bring you last week's top former Cowboys players who are currently playing in pro basketball.

#1. Marcus Smart (6'4''-G-94, graduated '14, plays pro in the NBA) could not help the Boston Celtics (18-13) in their last game. Despite his very good performance the Boston Celtics (18-13) lost 104-113 on the road to the Detroit Pistons. Smart was the second best scorer with 21 points. He also added 8 boards, dished 3 assists and stole 3 balls in 30 minutes. It's Smart's fifth season with the team. Smart has relatively good stats this year 7.3ppg, 2.9rpg, 4.2apg and 1.8spg in 31 games he played so far.

#2. James Anderson (6'6''-SF-89, graduated '10, plays in Turkey) contributed to an easy victory against one of league's weakest teams Buducnost (3-11) crushing them 106-68 in the Euroleague last Tuesday. He recorded 8 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. Anadolu Efes Istanbul (10-4) is placed fourth in the Euroleague. Anderson's team will play only one more game in the Euroleague Regular Season. And that game will be critical. This season Anderson averages 5.3ppg and 1.9rpg.

#3. Markel Brown (6'3''-SG-92, graduated '14, currently in Turkey), who plays in Turkey was not able to help Darussafaka (1-13) in their last game. Despite Brown's good performance the bottom-ranked Darussafaka lost 71-75 at home to the much higher-ranked (#7) Zalgiris. He recorded 11 points and added 4 assists in a mere 19 minutes. It was Darussafaka's ninth consecutive loss in a row. Brown's team will play only one more game in the Euroleague Regular Season. And now that game is very crucial. This year Brown averages 5.8ppg, 1.4rpg and 1.6apg in 14 games.

#4. Kendall Smith (6'3''-G-95, graduated '18, plays pro in Belgium) was not able to secure a victory for Crelan Okapi Aalstar (2-7) in their last game on Saturday. Despite Smith's very good performance the bottom-ranked Crelan Okapi Aalstar was defeated 91-81 in Jemappes by the much higher-ranked Belfius Mons-Hainaut (#3). He was the top scorer with 27 points. Smith also added 4 rebounds. It was his first game for Crelan Okapi Aalstar this season. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. It's Smith's first year with the team.

#5. Chris Olivier (6'8''-F-92, graduated '16, plays in Japan) was the major contributor in a Tokyo Cinq Reves' victory against the eighth-ranked Kagoshima (7-16) crushing them 103-80 in the Japanese B League D3 last Friday. Olivier had a double-double by scoring 28 points and making 10 passes. He also added 9 rebounds and 2 blocks in 26 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only Olivier's third season in pro basketball. Tokyo Cinq Reves (11-12) are placed third in the B League D3. It's Olivier's first year with the team. He has individually a very good season with high stats. Olivier averages 31.7ppg, 6.0rpg, 4.7apg and 1.7bpg in three games.

#6. Leyton Hammonds (6'8''-SF-94, graduated '17, currently in Hungary), who plays in the Hungarian A Division couldn't help one of league's weakest teams Kormend (7-3) in their last game on Saturday. Despite Hammonds' very good performance Kormend was badly defeated 95-79 on their home court in Kormend by the leading Szolnok. He was the second best scorer with 16 points. Hammonds has relatively good stats this season 12.6ppg, 3.4rpg, 1.1apg and 1.2spg.

#7. Michael Cobbins (6'8''-F-92, graduated '15, plays pro in Croatia) contributed to Split's victory against the seventh-ranked KK Zabok 91-86 in the Croatian Premijer Liga in Saturday night's game. Cobbins recorded 8 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in 17 minutes. He has relatively good stats this year 11.6ppg and 8.2rpg in nine games.

#8. Anthony Hickey (5'11''-PG-92, graduated '15, plays in Poland) couldn't help Spojnia Stargard (2-8) in their last game on Sunday. Despite his very good performance Spojnia Stargard was crushed 85-59 in Zielona Gora by the leading Stelmet Enea BC. Hickey was the top scorer with 15 points. He also added 5 passes. This season Hickey has very high stats. He averages 20.8ppg, 5.1rpg, 3.7apg and 2.7spg.

#9. Experienced Marcus Dove (6'9''-PF-85, graduated '08, currently in France) couldn't help FOS Provence Basket in their game against Limoges CSP Elite in the French ProA.
