We bring you last week's top former Huskies players who are currently playing in pro basketball.


   #1. Terrence Ross (6'7''-G-91, graduated '12, plays pro in the NBA) was the major contributor in an Orlando Magic's victory against the Utah Jazz (16-17) 96-89 in the NBA last Saturday. He scored 19 points in 23 minutes. The Orlando Magic has 14-17 record this season. Ross has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 13.5ppg, 2.7rpg and 1.6apg in 31 games he played so far.

   #2. Justin Holiday (6'6''-SG-89, graduated '11, plays in the NBA) led Chicago Bulls to a victory against the Orlando Magic (14-17) 90-80 in the NBA on Friday night. Holiday recorded a double-double by scoring 11 points and getting 10 rebounds (went 5 for 5 at the free throw line). The Chicago Bulls have rather weak 8-25 record this season. This year Holiday has very high stats. He averages 12.1ppg, 4.6rpg, 2.3apg and 1.7spg.

   #3. Robert Upshaw (7'0''-C-94, graduated '15, currently in Poland), who plays in Poland could not help Asseco Arka Gdynia in their last game. Despite Upshaw's good performance Asseco Arka Gdynia was badly defeated 103-87 on the road by the second-ranked Limoges CSP Elite. He recorded 10 points in 18 minutes. It's Upshaw's first season with the team. Upshaw has relatively good stats this year 11.7ppg, 6.6rpg and 1.7bpg in 10 games.

   #4. Andrew Andrews (6'2''-G-93, graduated '16, plays pro in Latvia) was not able to help VEF Riga (2-9) in their last game on Sunday. Despite Andrews' good performance the bottom-ranked VEF Riga was defeated 75-67 in Krasnoyarsk by the higher-ranked Enisey (#9). He was the second best scorer with 11 points. Andrews also added 4 rebounds. This season Andrews averages 6.3ppg, 2.3rpg, 3.5apg and 1.3spg.

   #5. Scott Suggs (6'6''-F/G-89, graduated '13, plays in Greece) was not able to secure a victory for Kymis (1-8) in their last game. Despite Suggs' very good performance the bottom-ranked Kymis lost 64-78 in Rethymno to the higher-ranked (#12) Cretan Kings. He was the top scorer with 19 points in 34 minutes. It was Kymis' ninth consecutive loss in a row. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. Suggs has relatively good stats this year 10.9ppg, 3.6rpg and 2.3apg in nine games.

   #6. Abdul Gaddy (6'4''-G-92, graduated '13, currently in the NBA G League) contributed to an Oklahoma City Blue's victory against the Grand Rapids Drive 106-98 in the NBA G League in Friday night's game. Gaddy recorded 10 points, 8 rebounds, 9 assists and 3 steals. This season Gaddy averages 10.0ppg, 3.6rpg and 7.3apg.

   #7. Matthew Bryan-Amaning (6'9''-F-88, graduated '11, plays pro in United Kingdom) couldn't help London CR (5-5) in their last game. Despite his good performance London CR was badly defeated 80-63 in a derby game by the leading London Lions. Bryan-Amaning was the top scorer with 12 points. He also added 5 rebounds and 2 blocks in 29 minutes. Bryan-Amaning has very impressive stats this year 18.6ppg, 7.5rpg, 2.2apg and 1.4spg in 10 games. He has also British citizenship.

   #8. Quincy Pondexter (6'6''-F-88, graduated '10, plays in the NBA) managed to help San Antonio Spurs to win against the Orlando Magic crushing them 129-90 in the NBA on Wednesday night. Pondexter recorded 5 points. This season Pondexter averages 2.8ppg and 1.3rpg.

   #9. Experienced Robert Jones (6'7''-F-84, graduated '06, currently in Italy) couldn't help Zeus EG Rieti in their game against Eurobasket RO in the Italian Serie A2 (second division). He scored 9 points, had 6 rebounds and dished 3 assists in 36 minutes. His team lost 80-87. Jones has very impressive stats this year 15.4ppg, 7.0rpg and 1.9apg in 12 games. He is a naturalized Guinean.
