We bring you last week's top former Bruins players who are currently playing in pro basketball.


   #1. Russell Westbrook (6'3''-PG-88, graduated '08, plays pro in the NBA) led Oklahoma City Thunder to an easy victory against the Sacramento Kings (17-15) 132-113 in the NBA in Wednesday night's game. He had a triple-double by scoring 19 points, grabbing 11 rebounds and passing 17 assists in 35 minutes. The Oklahoma City Thunder has a solid 20-10 record this season. It's Westbrook's 11th year with the team. Westbrook has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 20.6ppg, 10.8rpg, 10.4apg and 2.7spg in 22 games he played so far.

   #2. Jrue Holiday (6'4''-PG-90, graduated '09, plays in the NBA) could not help the New Orleans Pelicans (15-18) in their last game on Wednesday. Despite Holiday's very good performance the New Orleans Pelicans (15-18) were defeated 123-115 on the road by the Milwaukee Bucks. He recorded a double-double by scoring 25 points and making 12 passes. Holiday also added 5 rebounds and 2 blocks. It's Holiday's sixth season with the team. This year he has very high stats. Holiday averages 20.7ppg, 4.3rpg, 8.8apg and 1.8spg.

   #3. Shabazz Muhammad (6'6''-SF-92, graduated '13, currently in China) led Shanxi Zhongyu to a 3-point victory over the closely-ranked Blue Whales (5-16) 107-104 in the Chinese CBA on Friday night. He was MVP of the game. Muhammad had a double-double by scoring 35 points and getting 19 rebounds. He also added 8 assists in 39 minutes. Shanxi Zhongyu (8-14) is placed 14th in the CBA. It's Muhammad's first season with the team. Muhammad has very impressive stats this year 28.2ppg, 11.3rpg and 2.9apg in 18 games.

   #4. Lonzo Ball (6'6''-G-97, graduated '17, plays pro in the NBA) led Los Angeles Lakers to an easy victory against the Charlotte Hornets (16-15) crushing them 128-100 in the NBA in Saturday night's game. Ball recorded a triple-double by scoring 16 points, grabbing 10 rebounds and passing 10 assists; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his second season in pro basketball. The Los Angeles Lakers have 19-13 record this season. Ball has relatively good stats this year 9.0ppg, 5.3rpg, 4.9apg and 1.5spg.

   #5. Experienced Trevor Ariza (6'8''-F-85, graduated '04, plays in the NBA) was not able to help the Washington Wizards (12-20) in their last game. Despite his very good performance the Washington Wizards (12-20) lost 110-118 in Atlanta to the Hawks. Ariza was the second best scorer with 19 points. He also added 8 boards, passed 4 assists and added 6 steals in 38 minutes. Ariza has very impressive stats this year 17.0ppg, 7.0rpg, 3.5apg and 4.5spg in two games.

   #6. Lazeric Jones (6'0''-PG-90, graduated '12, currently in France) led AS Monaco Basket to an easy victory against the closely-ranked JDA Dijon 89-71 in the French ProA on Saturday night. He recorded 15 points and had 5 steals. This season Jones averages 6.4ppg, 1.6rpg, 2.6apg and 1.1spg.

   #7. Kyle Anderson (6'9''-G/F-93, graduated '14, plays pro in the NBA) was not able to secure a victory for the Memphis Grizzlies (16-16) in their last game. Despite Anderson's very good performance the Memphis Grizzlies lost 92-99 in Portland to the Trail Blazers. He recorded 15 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists and 4 steals in 35 minutes. Anderson has relatively good stats this year 7.2ppg, 6.2rpg, 3.0apg and 1.2spg in 30 games.

   #8. JR Sakuragi (6'9''-C-76, graduated '98, plays in Japan) couldn't help SeaHorses Mikawa (12-12) in their last game on Sunday. Despite his very good performance the fourth-placed SeaHorses Mikawa was defeated 77-73 in Kyoto by the second-ranked Hannaryz in the Central group. Sakuragi recorded a double-double by scoring 17 points and getting 12 rebounds. Sakuragi has relatively good stats this season 12.8ppg, 7.9rpg and 5.3apg. He is a naturalized Japanese.

   #9. Michael Roll (6'6''-SG-87, graduated '10, currently in Israel), who plays in Israel couldn't help Maccabi T-A (4-10) in their last game. Despite his good performance Maccabi T-A lost 73-80 in Kaunas to the much higher-ranked (#7) Zalgiris. Roll scored 12 points in 20 minutes. Roll has relatively good stats this year 10.3ppg, 1.9rpg and 3.1apg in 13 games. He is a naturalized Tunisian.

   #10. David Wear (6'10''-F-90, graduated '14, plays pro in Australia) was the major contributor in a 1-point Sydney Kings' victory against the league leader Perth Wildcats 98-97 in the Australian NBL in Friday night's game. He scored 18 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. This season Wear averages 6.9ppg and 3.9rpg.
