Here is the weekly review of the top performing Owls alumni, who are currently playing in pro basketball.


   #1. Will Cummings (6'2''-PG-92, graduated '15, plays pro in Germany) led EWE Baskets Oldenburg to a victory over the ninth-ranked BG Goettingen (4-8) 86-70 in the German BBL on Sunday night. He was MVP of the game. Cummings scored 21 points, grabbed 4 rebounds and dished 4 assists in 25 minutes. EWE Baskets Oldenburg (8-2) is placed third in the BBL. It was his team's fifth consecutive victory in a row. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. It's Cummings' first year with the team. He has individually a very good season with high stats. Cummings averages 18.6ppg, 3.3rpg, 4.6apg and 1.6spg.

   #2. Scootie Randall (6'6''-F-90, graduated '13, plays in Japan) was the main contributor in a Cyberdyne IR's victory against the second-ranked Toyotsu FE (15-9) 106-88 in the Japanese B2 League in Saturday night's game. Randall was MVP of the game. He scored 40 points (!!!), grabbed 9 rebounds and dished 9 assists. It was the game of the round between two top 3 ranked teams in group East. Cyberdyne Ibaraki Robots (17-7) are placed first. It's Randall's first season with the team. Randall has very impressive stats this year 23.5ppg, 10.0rpg, 7.5apg and 1.2spg in 13 games he played so far.

   #3. Khalif Wyatt (6'4''-G-91, graduated '13, currently in Israel), who plays in the Israeli Winner League could not help Hapoel Unet Holon (7-3) in their game last Saturday. Despite Wyatt's good performance Hapoel Unet Holon was defeated 88-78 on the road by the lower-ranked Ironi Nes-Ziona (#8). He recorded 11 points and added 9 passes (made all of his five free throws) in 24 minutes. Wyatt has relatively good stats this season 13.8ppg, 2.0rpg, 5.6apg and 1.5spg.

   #4. Josh Brown (6'3''-G-94, graduated '18, plays pro in Croatia) contributed to Alkar's victory against the closely-ranked KK Vrijednosnice Osijek (4-6) 82-78 in the Croatian Premijer Liga on Saturday night. Brown was MVP of the game. He recorded 25 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists; quite an impressive performance considering it's only Brown's first season in pro basketball. KK Alkar Sinj (5-5) is placed sixth in the Premijer Liga. Brown has very impressive stats this year 18.0ppg, 6.4rpg, 5.8apg and 1.2spg in 10 games.

   #5. Experienced Mardy Collins (6'5''-F-84, graduated '06, plays in France) contributed to a SIG Strasbourg's victory against the closely-ranked BBC Bayreuth (4-5) 84-76 in the Basketball Champions League in Wednesday night's game. Collins scored 7 points, had 5 rebounds and dished 3 assists in 26 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. SIG Strasbourg (6-3) is placed second in the Basketball Champions League. It's Collins' first season with the team. He has relatively good stats this year 10.7ppg, 3.8rpg and 2.8apg.

   #6. Obi Enechionyia (6'10''-F-95, graduated '18, currently in Spain) helped Real Betis win their game against the 12th-ranked Real Canoe crushing them 99-68 in the Spanish LEB Gold (second division) last Saturday. He was MVP of the game. Enechionyia recorded 19 points and blocked 2 blocks. He has relatively good stats this year 10.7ppg and 4.6rpg in 11 games.

   #7. Micheal Eric (6'11''-C-88, graduated '12, plays pro in Turkey) was not able to help Darussafaka (1-13) in their game last Friday. Despite his good performance the bottom-ranked Darussafaka was defeated 75-67 in Athens by the higher-ranked Panathinaikos (#11). Eric recorded a double-double by scoring 10 points and getting the same number of rebounds in 27 minutes. He has relatively good stats this season 13.0ppg and 6.1rpg.

   #8. Wayne Marshall (6'11''-C-86, graduated '06, plays in Japan) helped Shinshu BW win their game against the fourth-ranked Earthfriends Tokyo Z 78-74 in the Japanese B2 League in Saturday night's game. Marshall was MVP of the game. He had a double-double by scoring 30 points and getting 13 rebounds. Marshall also added 3 blocks. He has very impressive stats this year 22.3ppg, 9.9rpg, 1.9apg, 2.6bpg and 1.4spg in 22 games.

   #9. Juan Fernandez (6'4''-G-90, graduated '12, currently in Italy) helped Alma TR win their game against the fifth-ranked Sidigas AV crushing them 110-64 in the Italian Serie A last Sunday. He recorded 12 points in a mere 16 minutes. Fernandez has relatively good stats this season 10.1ppg, 1.8rpg, 3.5apg and 1.4spg. He has also Italian citizenship.

   #10. Jake O'Brien (6'9''-F-89, graduated '13, plays pro in Cyprus) was the major contributor in Apoel's victory against the league outsider i 80-67 in the Cypriot Division A on Thursday night. O'Brien recorded 16 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. He has relatively good stats this year 14.9ppg, 8.8rpg and 2.0apg in eight games.
