We bring you last week's top former Yellow Jackets players who are currently playing in pro basketball.


   #1. Thaddeus Young (6'8''-F-88, graduated '07, plays pro in the NBA) led Indiana Pacers to a victory over the Philadelphia 76ers (21-12) 113-101 in the NBA in Friday night's game. He was MVP of the game. Young had a double-double by scoring 26 points and getting 10 rebounds. He also added 5 assists in 39 minutes. The Indiana Pacers have a solid 20-12 record this season. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. Young has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 11.6ppg, 6.0rpg, 1.7apg and 1.5spg in 32 games he played so far.

   #2. Zachery Peacock (6'8''-C-87, graduated '10, plays in France) was the main contributor in a JL Bourg Basket's victory against the closely-ranked Gravelines-Dunkerque (9-4) 78-65 in the French ProA last Friday. Peacock was MVP of the game. He recorded 24 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists. JL Bourg Basket (11-3) is placed second in the ProA. It was his team's fifth consecutive victory in a row. It's Peacock's fourth season with the team. This year Peacock has very high stats. He averages 17.9ppg, 4.5rpg, 2.3apg and 1.4spg.

   #3. Derrick Favors (6'10''-F-91, graduated '10, currently in the NBA), who plays in the NBA could not help the Utah Jazz (15-17) in their last game. Despite his very good performance the Utah Jazz (15-17) lost 89-96 at home to the Orlando Magic. Favors was the second best scorer with 21 points. He also added 8 rebounds in 25 minutes. It was Utah Jazz's third consecutive loss in a row. It's Favors' eighth season with the team. Favors has very impressive stats this year 11.1ppg, 7.0rpg and 1.2bpg in 31 games.

   #4. Trae Golden (6'3''-G-91, graduated '14, plays pro in Russia) contributed to an easy victory against the fourth-ranked Leiden (0-2) crushing them 97-72 in the FIBA Europe Cup in Wednesday night's game. He was MVP of the game. Golden scored 19 points, grabbed 7 rebounds and dished 8 assists. Avtodor Saratov (2-0) is placed first in group L. There are only four games left until the end of the FIBA Europe Cup Second Stage. So now every game will be critical. It's Golden's first season with the team. This year he has very high stats. Golden averages 18.3ppg, 2.9rpg and 5.0apg.

   #5. James White (6'8''-F-93, graduated '16, plays in Bulgaria) contributed to an easy victory against the closely-ranked Teuta (4-2) crushing them 108-65 in the Balkan League last Tuesday. White recorded 14 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists in 23 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his third season in pro basketball. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. BC Beroe (4-1) is placed first in the Balkan League. It was his team's fifth consecutive victory in a row. White has relatively good stats this year 13.0ppg and 4.7rpg in three games.

   #6. Josh Okogie (6'4''-G-98, graduated '18, currently in the NBA) contributed to an easy victory against the Sacramento Kings crushing them 132-105 in the NBA on Monday night. Okogie scored 10 points and added 3 passes. This season Okogie averages 6.7ppg and 3.0rpg. He is a naturalized Nigerian.

   #7. Gani Lawal (6'9''-F/C-88, graduated '10, plays pro in Japan) was the major contributor in a Shiga L-Stars' victory against the fifth-ranked Fukuoka Rizing 78-70 in the Japanese B League in Saturday night's game. He had a double-double by scoring 19 points and getting 16 rebounds. Lawal also added 3 blocks in 33 minutes. Lawal has very impressive stats this year 20.2ppg, 11.9rpg, 1.8apg and 1.7bpg in 24 games. He is a naturalized Nigerian.

   #8. Alade Aminu (6'10''-F/C-87, graduated '09, plays in Israel) was not able to help Hapoel SP Tel-Aviv (3-7) in their last game on Sunday. Despite his good performance Hapoel SP Tel-Aviv was defeated 90-76 on the road by the one of league's weakest teams Ironi Nahariya (#11). Aminu recorded a double-double by scoring 10 points and getting 13 rebounds. He also added 3 blocks. Aminu has relatively good stats this season 11.7ppg, 7.6rpg and 1.2bpg.

   #9. Ben Lammers (6'10''-C-95, graduated '18, currently in Spain) contributed to a RETAbet BB's victory against the ninth-ranked Ourense 73-60 in the Spanish LEB Gold (second division) on Sunday night. He recorded 9 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in 20 minutes. This year Lammers averages 9.6ppg, 6.4rpg and 2.5bpg in 13 games.

   #10. Iman Shumpert (6'5''-G-90, graduated '11, plays pro in the NBA) was not able to secure a victory for the Sacramento Kings in their game against the Golden State Warriors in the NBA. Shumpert scored 5 points, grabbed 4 rebounds and dished 3 assists. His team were defeated 130-125 in the NBA. Shumpert has relatively good stats this season 9.2ppg, 3.1rpg, 1.9apg and 1.3spg.
