We bring you last week's top former Bulldogs players who are currently playing in pro basketball.


   #1. Dee Bost (6'2''-G-89, graduated '12, plays pro in Russia) could not help Khimki (9-1) in their game last Sunday. Despite his very good performance Khimki was defeated 93-80 at home by the much lower-ranked BC Nizhny Novgorod (#10). Bost was the top scorer with 20 points. He also added 6 assists in 33 minutes. It's Bost's first season with the team. This year Bost averages 9.2ppg, 3.3rpg, 4.2apg and 1.7spg. He is a naturalized Bulgarian.

   #2. Arnett Moultrie (6'10''-F/C-90, graduated '12, plays in Latvia) was not able to help Kalev/Cramo (4-6) in their last game. Despite his very good performance Kalev/Cramo was crushed 105-78 on the road by the higher-ranked (#4) Astana. Moultrie was the top scorer with 23 points. He also added 5 rebounds. It's Moultrie's first season with the team. Moultrie has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 19.5ppg and 7.0rpg in two games he played so far.

   #3. Gavin Ware (6'9''-C/F-93, graduated '16, currently in France), who plays in France was not able to secure a victory for JDA Dijon Bourgogne (3-6) in their game last Wednesday. Despite his good performance JDA Dijon Bourgogne was defeated 101-97 in Bamberg by the higher-ranked Brose Baskets (#3). Ware scored 10 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in 26 minutes. It's Ware's first season with the team. He has relatively good stats this year 12.4ppg and 5.0rpg.

   #4. Experienced Timothy Bowers (6'2''-PG-82, graduated '04, plays pro in Italy) couldn't help A.Costa IM (6-6) in their game against Termoforgia JE (4-8) in the Italian Serie A2 (second division), despite his very good performance last Sunday. He was the top scorer with 27 points. Bowers also added 4 passes. But the eighth-placed A.Costa IM (6-6) lost 107-113 in Jesi to the much lower-ranked (#15) Termoforgia JE in the East group. Bowers has relatively good stats this year 13.2ppg, 4.4rpg, 4.5apg and 1.2bpg in 12 games.

   #5. Fred Thomas (6'5''-F-93, graduated '16, plays in United Kingdom) couldn't help Bristol Academy Flyers (7-1) in their game against Manchester Giants (4-5) in the British BBL. Despite his very good performance on Saturday night Thomas recorded 17 points in 30 minutes. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. This year Thomas has very high stats. He averages 15.3ppg, 6.5rpg and 2.2apg.

   #6. Craig Sword (6'3''-G-94, graduated '16, currently in the NBA G League) couldn't help the Erie Bay Hawks in their game against the Agua Caliente Clippers of Ontario in the NBA G League, despite his very good performance in Thursday night's game. Sword scored 21 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. But his team lost 122-130 in the NBA G League. This year Sword averages 9.3ppg, 3.3rpg, 1.3apg, 1.1bpg and 1.4spg in 16 games.

   #7. Travis Daniels (6'8''-F-92, graduated '16, plays pro in Greece) managed to help Rethymno Cretan Kings to win against the league outsider Kymis 78-64 in the Greek A1 on Saturday night. He scored 5 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in 25 minutes. This season Daniels averages 6.3ppg, 6.3rpg and 1.3apg.

   #8. Barry Stewart (6'4''-SG-88, graduated '10, plays in Cyprus) couldn't help AEK Larnaca in their game against Groningen in the FIBA Europe Cup. Stewart scored only 4 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. His team was crushed by 22 points 78-56. This year Stewart averages 5.6ppg, 3.0rpg and 1.3apg in eight games.
