Junior guard Temple Gibbs (193-G) scored a game-high 26 points on eight of 10 from 3 and freshman forward Nate Laszewski (206-SF) added 22 points and nine rebounds Saturday evening to lead Notre Dame to a 75-65 victory over the Bahamas All-Stars. The Irish closed their three-game exhibition tour 3-0 with an average margin of victory of 48.3 points. Notre Dame was coming off a victory Thursday by 77 points. Temple Gibbs and Laszewski were the only Irish to score double figures Saturday. Senior guard Rex Pflueger (198-G-96) added seven points, five rebounds and two assists. John Mooney (206-F) added six points and seven rebounds. Notre Dame shot 34.7 percent from the field, 45.7 percent from 3. The Irish finished with 16 3-pointers and were outscored 40-18 in the paint. Notre Dame will enjoy another day off Sunday in the Bahamas before returning to campus Monday night.
