Long Island Nets defeated Lakeland Magic to advance into G-League Finals. Long Island Nets looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. It was a good game for forward Thomas Wimbush (201-93, college: Fairmont St.) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 28 points and 12 rebounds. Center Alan Williams (203-93, college: UCSB) contributed with a double-double by scoring 15 points, 20 rebounds and 4 blocks for the winners. Five Long Island Nets players scored in double figures. Forward Amile Jefferson (206-93, college: Duke) answered with 20 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists and guard Troy Caupain (193-95, college: Cincinnati) added 20 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists in the effort for Magic. Magic's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.

Rio Grande Valley Vipers cruised past Santa Cruz Warriors to pave their way into the championship series. Rio Grande Valley Vipers forced 25 Warriors turnovers and outrebounded them 56-41 including 21 on the offensive glass. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. Guard Gary Payton-II (190-92, college: Oregon St.) stepped up with a triple-double by scoring 20 points, 12 rebounds, 7 assists and 10 steals for the winners and forward Dakarai Tucker (196-94, college: Utah) chipped in 28 points. The best for the losing side was guard Kendrick Nunn (190-95, college: Oakland, agency: Pensack Sports) with 29 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists and guard Darius Morris (193-91, college: Michigan) scored 21 points and 7 assists. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
