Jones
Santa Cruz Warriors tabbed 25-year old forward Terrence Jones (206-111kg-92, college: Kentucky). He already started the season at Qingdao Eagles in Chinese CBA league, but left the team in Nov.'17. In 9 games he averaged impressive 22.3ppg, 11.2rpg, 3.2apg, 1.2spg and 2.3bpg this season. Jones ended the last season at the Bucks. But in three NBA games he did not score anything and had only 3 rebounds, 1 steal and 1 block. But the most of that year he spent at the Pelicans where in 51 NBA games he recorded 11.5ppg, 5.9rpg, 1.1apg and 1.0bpg.
In 2012 Jones was drafted by Drafted by? Houston Rockets (NBA) in first round (18th overall). The former University of Kentucky staris in his sixth season in pro basketball.
Among other achievements Jones' team made it to the NBA Semifinals in 2015. He received also NABC Division I All-District 21 2nd Team award back in 2012 at his college time.
Jones has played previously for Rio Grande Valley Vipers.
Let's have closer look into His outlook: (by Jorrye Nixon for NBADraft.net in 2012)
Jones is a versatile threat who can score in different ways and has the skill set to play in many types of schemes … He is a big threat as a face-up PF, as he has the handle and athleticism to give many bigger PF off the dribble and put pressure on the D … Looks real fluid athletically, which is impressive for his size … Very good finisher around the rim, and makes good use of his 7'2 wingspan and nice reactive athletic ability

The Fort Wayne Mad Ants (7-7) defeated the Oklahoma City Blue, 113-94, at the Cox Convention Center on Saturday night. Oklahoma City (13-4) began the game on a 10-4 run. Fort Wayne would respond with a 27-9 run the rest of the first quarter and never relinquished the lead. Herd hand Red Claws third straight loss, 106-94 - 2 days ago
A few old friends dropped in on the Red Claws on Friday night. Mario West, a member of the inaugural squad, returned to the Portland Expo to help celebrate the team's 10th anniversary season. James Young, a former Celtics first-round draft pick who played 31 games for Maine over two seasons, also came back wearing the uniform of the Wisconsin Herd. With West looking on, Young helped the Herd jump to a big early lead and the Claws never caught up, losing 106-94 before a crowd of 1,667. 'It...   [read more]

The RGV Vipers found themselves down by 27 points in the first 14 minutes of their game Friday night against Salt Lake City. Twenty-two minutes later they were ahead by 20. Unfortunately for them, the game lasts 48 minutes.
