With a 19-6 season mark and a 7-3 record in GCAC play, the Talladega Tornadoes men's basketball team was looking to both get the season sweep on Xavier and improve upon their already-strong conference standing when they traveled to take on the Xavier Gold Rush on Monday night. The No. 20 Bethel Wildcats won their seventh straight and 103-72 win over the visiting Blue Mountain Toppers Monday night in Crisp Arena. The Cats moved to 19-5 overall and 13-3 in the SSAC. BMC fell to 10-11 and 4-11. Bethel has won 15 of their last 17 games. Bethel is 13- 3 at home on the year and 82-26 all-time in Crisp Arena. The Cats are 6-2 in road games.
