Saskatchewan Rattlers sign Shaquille Keith

Saskatchewan Rattlers (CEBL) signed 26-year old Canadian international forward Shaquille Keith (196-91kg-93, college: Cape Breton). Keith played this summer at Hamilton Honey Badgers. He managed to play in three leagues in two countries last year. In three CEBL games he had 5.3ppg, 1.3rpg and 1.7apg.
The most of last season Keith spent at St. John's Edge where in 16 NBL Canada games he recorded 10.4ppg, 4.9rpg and 1.9apg. He helped them to make it to the final after they ended regular season as second best team. Keith also played for Fubon Braves (SBL) in Taiwanese league. In 9 games he averaged impressive 17.9ppg, 7.7rpg, 3.9apg and 1.0bpg.
In 2015 (two years after he left the college) Keith was drafted by Raptors 905 (D-League) in fifth round (86th overall).
He attended Cape Breton University until 2013 and it will be his seventh season in pro basketball.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Keith was voted USBasket.com NBL Canada All-Domestic Players Team in 2018.
He is a dual citizen owning also Jamaican passport. He has been regularly called to Canadian Senior National Team since 2017.
Keith has played previously professionally also in Peru (Regatas) and Canada (Toronto 3D, Windsor Express and Highlanders).
