Here is the weekly review of the top performing Thunderbirds alumni, who are currently playing in pro basketball.

#1. Kenrich Williams (6'7''-G-94, played in 2013-14, plays pro in the NBA) could not help the New Orleans Pelicans (23-30) in their last game. Despite his very good performance the New Orleans Pelicans (23-30) lost 99-105 on the road to the Denver Nuggets. Williams was the second best scorer with 21 points. He also added 8 rebounds, passed 3 assists and added 2 blocks in 38 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only Williams' first season in pro basketball. This year Williams averages 3.0ppg and 2.4rpg in 16 games he played so far.

#2. Malique Trent (6'3''-G-94, played in 2014-15, plays in Ukraine) led Zaporizhye to a victory over the league leader Khimik (15-6) 79-74 in the Ukrainian Superleague on Saturday night. He was MVP of the game. Trent recorded a double-double by scoring 18 points and getting 12 rebounds. He also added 4 assists; not bad, considering it's only Trent's first season in pro basketball. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. BC Zaporizhye-ZOG (13-8) is placed third in the Superleague. It's Trent's first year with the team. He has individually a very good season with high stats. Trent averages 19.5ppg, 4.4rpg, 4.1apg and 3.4spg.

#3. Cullen Russo (6'9''-F-94, played in 2014-15, currently in Japan) was the main contributor in an Aomori Watts' victory against the sixth-ranked Kagawa FA (8-27) 83-78 in the Japanese B2 League in Sunday night's game. Russo was MVP of the game. He scored 24 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in 40 minutes. Aomori Watts (10-26) are placed sixth in East group. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. Russo has very impressive stats this year 22.7ppg, 10.0rpg, 4.1apg, 1.3bpg and 2.5spg in 35 games.

#4. Jeff Newberry (6'2''-G-92, played in 2013-14, plays pro in Qatar) was not able to help Qatar Sports Club Doha (10-3) in their last game on Sunday. Despite Newberry's very good performance Qatar Sports Club Doha was defeated 73-65 in a derby game by the leading Al Shamal. He was the top scorer with 26 points. Newberry also added 4 boards, dished 6 assists and stole 3 balls (went 5 for 5 at the free throw line). There are only three games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. It's Newberry's first season with the team. This year he has very high stats. Newberry averages 20.8ppg, 7.7rpg, 6.3apg and 1.8spg.

#5. Robert Turner (6'3''-G-93, played in 2012-13, plays in Spain) contributed to an easy victory against one of league's weakest teams Caceres Basket (6-16) crushing them 93-70 in the Spanish LEB Gold (second division) on Friday night.
