Top College of Southern Idaho alumni playing currently pro basketball

We bring you last week's top former Golden Eagles players who are currently playing in pro basketball.

   #1. Artsiom Parakhouski (7'0''-C-87, played in 2006-08, plays pro in Lithuania) led his Lithuanian team Rytas to a 1-point victory over the closely-ranked Partizan (2-3) 78-77 in the Eurocup in Wednesday night's game. He was MVP of the game. Parakhouski scored 22 points, grabbed 8 rebounds and made 3 blocks in 20 minutes. BC Rytas Vilnius (2-3) is placed third in group E. It was his team's first victory after three consecutive loses. They will play only one more game in the Eurocup Top 16. And that game will be critical. Parakhouski has relatively good stats this year 14.4ppg, 8.2rpg, 1.2apg and 1.2bpg in five games he played so far.

   #2. Experienced Marko Popovic (6'1''-PG-82, graduated '01, plays in Spain) could not help Montakit Fuenlabrada (6-12) in their last game on Sunday. Despite his good performance Montakit Fuenlabrada was defeated 89-79 in a derby game by the second-ranked Real Madrid. Popovic was the second best scorer with 14 points. He also added 5 passes. It's Popovic's fourth season with the team. Popovic has relatively good stats this year 11.2ppg, 2.5rpg and 2.8apg.

   #3. Cullen Russo (6'9''-F-94, played in 2013-14, currently in Japan) led Aomori Watts to a victory over the sixth-ranked Kagawa FA (8-27) 83-78 in the Japanese B2 League on Sunday night. He was MVP of the game. Russo scored 24 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in 40 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his second season in pro basketball. Aomori Watts (10-26) are placed sixth in East group. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. Russo has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 22.7ppg, 10.0rpg, 4.1apg, 1.3bpg and 2.5spg in 35 games.

   #4. Kevin Galloway (6'7''-PG-88, played in 2007-08, plays pro in Qatar) contributed to an easy victory against the closely-ranked Al Ahli (4-9) 88-69 in a derby game in the Qatari D1 in Wednesday night's game. He recorded 15 points, 5 rebounds, 8 assists and 3 steals. Al Arabi Club Doha (8-5) is placed fourth in the D1. There are only three games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial. Galloway has relatively good stats this season 14.3ppg, 7.0rpg, 7.3apg and 2.0spg. He is a naturalized Iraqi.

   #5. Reggie Larry (6'6''-F-86, played in 2004-06, plays in Chile) was the main contributor in a Puente Alto's victory against the sixth-ranked Universidad Catolica (2-23) crushing them 95-73 in the Chilean Liga Nacional last Saturday. He was MVP of the game. Larry scored 22 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in 28 minutes. Club Deportes Puente Alto (8-0) is placed first in Conferencia Centro. So far his team won all eight games in the Regular Season. The Regular Season already ended. Larry has very impressive stats this year 17.0ppg, 4.6rpg, 2.2apg and 1.6spg in five games.

   #6. Jaysean Paige (6'2''-G-94, played in 2012-13, currently in France) was not able to help Chartres Basket Masculins in their game against Nantes in the French ProB (second division). Despite his very good performance last Friday Paige was the top scorer with 18 points. He also added 6 assists. Paige has relatively good stats this season 13.5ppg, 2.6rpg, 4.2apg and 1.2spg.

   #7. Fabyon Harris (5'11''-PG-91, played in 2010-12, plays pro in France) was not able to secure a victory for ALS Basket in their game against GET Vosges in the French NM1 (third division), despite his very good performance on Tuesday night. Harris was the top scorer with 20 points. He also added 7 assists in 31 minutes. It was his first game for ALS Basket this season. But his team lost 83-88.

   #8. Sebastien Michineau (5'11''-PG-91, played in 2011-13, plays in France) couldn't help GET Vosges in their game against Orchesien BC in the French NM1 (third division). Despite his very good performance in Saturday night's game He was the second best scorer with 18 points. Michineau also added 5 boards, dished 4 assists and stole 3 balls. Michineau has relatively good stats this season 13.4ppg, 3.0rpg, 2.5apg and 2.0spg.

   #9. Tomas Domingos (7'0''-C-98, played in 2017-18, currently in Portugal) couldn't help Benfica B in their game against Ginasio in the Portuguese Proliga (second division). He scored 9 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in 33 minutes. His team lost 75-81. This year Domingos averages 6.7ppg, 8.7rpg and 2.0apg in three games.

   #10. Juan Patillo (6'8''-F-88, played in 2007-08, plays pro in Canada) contributed to a Windsor Express' victory against the Cape Breton Highlanders 107-103 in the NBL Canada in Sunday night's game. He was MVP of the game. Patillo scored 22 points, grabbed 5 rebounds and dished 3 assists. This season Patillo averages 6.7ppg, 8.7rpg and 2.0apg.
