Best performed former Eastern Utah College players in pro basketball in last week games

We bring you last week's top former Golden Eagles players who are currently playing in pro basketball.

   #1. Darington Hobson (6'7''-G/F-87, played in 2007-09, plays pro in Italy) could not help Fiat TO (4-13) in their last game. Despite his very good performance Fiat TO lost 110-115 on the road to the higher-ranked (#9) Alma TR. Hobson was the second best scorer with 21 points. He also added 4 rebounds and dished 6 assists (was perfect 5-for-5 from the free throw line) in 41 minutes. It was Fiat TO's sixth consecutive loss in a row. Hobson has relatively good stats this year 11.2ppg, 5.8rpg, 3.9apg and 1.8spg in nine games he played so far.

   #2. Marcelo Ruediger (6'10''-C-93, played in 2014-15, plays in Brazil) managed to help Universo/Caixa/Brasilia to win against the ninth-ranked Corinthians (7-11) 84-82 in the Brazilian NBB on Thursday night. Ruediger recorded only 2 points. Universo/Caixa/Brasilia (5-12) is placed second from the bottom (#13) in the NBB. This season Ruediger averages 1.2ppg and 2.2rpg.

   #3. James Kinney (6'2''-PG-90, graduated '13, currently in Slovakia) contributed to a Inter Bratislava's victory against the closely-ranked Prievidza (13-10) 79-66 in the Slovakian SBL in Saturday night's game. He recorded 7 points, 4 rebounds and 5 assists in 27 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. BK Inter Bratislava (18-4) is placed first in the SBL. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. This year Kinney averages 10.0ppg, 3.2rpg, 4.7apg and 1.4spg in 20 games.

   #4. Valdelicio Joaquim (6'10''-C-90, played in 2009-10, plays pro in France) led Quimper UJAP to a victory over the closely-ranked Poitiers (6-11) 90-85 in the French ProB (second division) last Saturday. Joaquim was MVP of the game. He recorded 18 points, 7 rebounds and 3 blocks. Quimper UJAP (6-9) is placed 13th in the ProB. It's Joaquim's first season with the team. Joaquim has relatively good stats this year 13.7ppg, 7.6rpg and 1.1apg.

   #5. Dashaun Wiggins (6'2''-G-91, graduated '15, plays in Indonesia) was the main contributor in NSH's victory against the fifth-ranked Prawira (3-8) 82-69 in the Indonesian IBL on Friday night. He was MVP of the game. Wiggins had a double-double by scoring 26 points and getting 11 rebounds. He also added 7 assists and 7 steals in 30 minutes. NSH Jakarta (8-4) is placed first in Red Group. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Wiggins has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 21.2ppg, 7.6rpg, 5.1apg and 3.7spg in 12 games.

   #6. Alioune Tew (6'9''-C-92, played in 2013-14, currently in France) helped Kaysersberg win their game against the 14th-ranked Aubenas crushing them 72-52 in the French NM1 (third division) in Saturday night's game. He scored 5 points. This season Tew averages 6.0ppg, 5.7rpg and 1.1bpg.

   #7. Maksim Zakharov (6'6''-F-89, graduated '12, plays pro in Russia) helped MBA Moscow win their game against the fifth-ranked Novosybirsk 86-81 in the Russian Superleague 1 (second division) last Thursday. He scored only 3 points in 8 minutes on the court. This year Zakharov averages 5.0ppg and 2.1rpg in 21 games.

   #8. Cliff Colimon (6'0''-PG-89, graduated '12, plays in France) was not able to help Toulouse (6-4) in their last game on Tuesday. Despite his very good performance the sixth-placed Toulouse was edged 92-89 in La Charite by the lower-ranked La Charite (#8) in the Group B. Colimon scored 15 points, had 5 rebounds and dished 7 assists. Colimon has relatively good stats this season 13.9ppg, 3.3rpg, 3.9apg and 1.6spg. He is a naturalized Haitian.
