#1.Dwayne Davis (6'5''-F-89, played in 2010-11, plays pro in Uruguay) led Aguada to a victory over the closely-ranked Nacional (14-6) 96-90 in a derby game in the Uruguayan LUB in Friday night's game.
He was MVP of the game. Davis scored 30 points (!!!), grabbed 8 rebounds and dished 6 assists in 27 minutes.
It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Atletico Aguada (3-9) is placed first in the LUB.
The Regular Season already ended.
It's Davis' first season with the team.
He has individually a very good year with high stats. Davis averages 17.7ppg, 4.7rpg and 3.9apg in 18 games he played so far.
#2.Darrell Williams (6'8''-F/C-89, graduated '15, plays in France) was the main contributor in a Le Portel's surprising victory against the third-ranked Monaco (9-4) 83-82 in the French Jeep ELITE last Saturday.
Williams was MVP of the game. He scored 25 points and grabbed 7 rebounds.
ESSM Le Portel Cote d'Opale (6-11) is placed 15th in the Jeep ELITE.
Williams has relatively good stats this season 12.6ppg, 6.0rpg, 1.6apg and 1.3spg.
#3.Jonathon Simmons (6'6''-G-89, played in 2009-10, currently in the NBA), who plays in the NBA could not help the Orlando Magic (20-28) in their last game. Despite Simmons' good performance the Orlando Magic (20-28) lost 110-114 on the road to the Brooklyn Nets.
He scored 13 points and added 3 passes in 24 minutes.
Simmons has relatively good stats this year 7.3ppg, 2.3rpg and 2.2apg in 38 games.
#4. Experienced Nathan Jawai (6'10''-F/C-86, graduated '07, plays pro in Australia) was the major contributor in a Cairns Taipans' victory against one of league's weakest teams New Zealand Breakers (9-12) 106-98 in the Australian NBL in Monday night's game.
He scored 18 points and grabbed 7 rebounds.
Cairns Taipans (4-18) closes the standings in the NBL.
Jawai has relatively good stats this season 11.9ppg, 6.0rpg and 2.0apg.
#5.Daeshon Francis (6'4''-G, played in 2015-16, plays in Luxembourg) was not able to help Larochette (4-13) in their last game. Despite his very good performance Larochette lost 92-100 in Stadrbredimus to the higher-ranked (#6) Musel Pikes.
Francis was the top scorer with 30 points. He also added 9 boards, passed 5 assists and added 6 steals in 40 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only Francis' first season in pro basketball. It was Larochette's third consecutive loss in a row.
His team will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And that game will be critical.
Francis has very impressive stats this year 27.2ppg, 10.0rpg, 3.6apg and 2.5spg in 10 games.
#6.Demetric Austin (6'7''-F, played in 2013-14, currently in Greece) was not able to secure a victory for Panionios in their game against Kymis in the Greek A1.
Austin scored only 4 points and grabbed 4 rebounds.
His team was defeated 92-82.
This season Austin averages 6.5ppg and 4.2rpg.
#7.Tiegbe Bamba (6'9''-F-91, graduated '15, plays pro in Iceland) couldn't help Grindavik (7-2) in their last game. Despite Bamba's good performance Grindavik lost 82-95 at home to the lower-ranked (#6) Thor Thorl.
He scored 10 points, had 6 rebounds and dished 4 assists in 24 minutes.
Bamba has very impressive stats this year 15.1ppg, 9.2rpg, 2.6apg and 1.2spg in 10 games.
He has also French passport.
#8.Nemanja Calasan (6'9''-C-85, played in 2005-07, plays in Switzerland) couldn't help Starwings (2-12) in their last game on Sunday. Despite Calasan's good performance the bottom-ranked Starwings was defeated 83-72 on the opponent's court by the much higher-ranked Neuchatel (#3).
He was the second best scorer with 14 points. Calasan also added 8 rebounds.
Calasan has relatively good stats this season 13.8ppg, 6.5rpg and 1.6apg.
He has also Montenegrin citizenship.
#9.Majok Majok (6'9''-F-92, played in 2010-12, currently in Australia) faced previously mentioned Nathan Jawai in the Australian NBL last game.
Majok couldn't help New Zealand Breakers in their game against Cairns Taipans. He cannot count Monday's game as one of the best ones.
Majok scored only 2 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 10 minutes.
His team lost 98-106.
This year Majok averages 2.2ppg and 1.7rpg in 16 games.
He has also Australian nationality.

He recorded only 3 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists in 15 minutes.
RETAbet Bilbao Basket (15-7) is placed second in the LEB Gold.
It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row.

#1.Daviyon Draper (6'7''-F-94, played in 2012-14, plays pro in Argentina) was the major contributor in a Estudiantes Concordia's victory against the closely-ranked Penarol (5-11) crushing them 90-66 in the Argentinian La Liga in Friday night's game.
He recorded 15 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in 30 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only Draper's third season in pro basketball. Estudiantes Concordia (7-10) is placed 15th in the La Liga.
It was his team's fourth consecutive victory in a row.
It's Draper's first year with the team.
He has relatively good stats this season 14.1ppg, 5.1rpg and 1.3apg in 16 games he played so far.
#2.Dewayne Dedmon (7'0''-C-89, played in 2009-10, plays in the NBA) could not help the Atlanta Hawks (19-39) in their last game on Thursday. Despite his very good performance the Atlanta Hawks (19-39) were defeated 106-91 on the road by the New York Knicks.
Dedmon was the top scorer with 21 points.

Boykin had a double-double by scoring 23 points and getting 13 rebounds. He also added 3 assists in 29 minutes; not bad, considering it's only Boykin's third season in pro basketball. It was Kagoshima's fifth consecutive loss in a row.
It's Boykin's first year with the team.
He has individually a very good season with high stats. Boykin averages 16.6ppg, 6.3rpg and 2.3apg in 32 games.
#4.Antone Warren (6'10''-C-93, graduated '17, plays pro in Japan) was not able to secure a victory for one of league's weakest teams Saitama Broncos (13-15) in their last game on Friday. Despite Warren's very good performance Saitama Broncos were edged 87-84 in Tokyo by the higher-ranked Cinq Reves (#5).
He recorded a double-double by scoring 18 points and getting 11 rebounds. Warren also added 4 blocks.
Warren has relatively good stats this season 12.0ppg, 9.0rpg and 2.0bpg.

Traditionally, every week we bring you a list of the top former Vaqueros players who continue their career in pro basketball.
#1.Brandon Rosser (6'7''-F, played in 2013-15, plays pro in Philippines) led his Filipino team SM Beermen to an easy victory against the league outsider Zhuhai (2-17) crushing them 108-81 in the ASEAN League last Sunday.
He recorded 16 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists in 24 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only Rosser's first season in pro basketball. San Miguel Beermen (15-3) is placed first in the ASEAN League.
This year Rosser averages 4.2ppg and 2.7rpg in 18 games he played so far.
#2.Deandre Mathieu (5'11''-PG-92, played in 2012-13, plays in Sweden) could not help Umea (9-22) in their last game on Friday. Despite Mathieu's very good performance Umea was defeated 81-72 at home by the higher-ranked Norrkoping Dolphins (#4).
He was the second best scorer with 15 points. Mathieu also added 4 rebounds and dished 6 assists.
It's Mathieu's first season with the team.
He has individually a very good year with high stats. Mathieu averages 17.0ppg, 4.4rpg, 6.0apg and 2.0spg.
#3.Mike Nwabuzor (6'2''-G, played in 2014-16, currently in Germany) led Dorsten to a victory over the ninth-ranked Hagen-Haspe (9-11) crushing them 82-61 in the German Regionalliga (fourth division) in Saturday night's game.
He was MVP of the game. Nwabuzor had a double-double by scoring 43 points and getting 11 rebounds. He also added 4 assists, 3 blocks and 3 steals (went 13 for 13 at the free throw line !!!) in 36 minutes; not bad, considering it's only Nwabuzor's first season in pro basketball. BG Dorsten (14-6) is placed fourth in West group.
It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row.
Nwabuzor has very impressive stats this year 22.8ppg, 9.1rpg, 5.4apg and 2.3spg in 20 games.
Nwabuzor is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market.
#4.Girts Lazdans (6'8''-G/F-95, graduated '17, plays pro in Ireland) was not able to help UCC Demons (7-8) in their last game on Saturday. Despite Lazdans' good performance UCC Demons was defeated 90-77 on the road by the leading Templeogue.
He scored 10 points and grabbed 6 rebounds.
Lazdans has relatively good stats this season 11.5ppg, 6.1rpg, 3.0apg, 1.2bpg and 1.6spg.
