PrimeTime Players move to 6-0 with 125-120 win over Charlotte - Apr 30, 2018

The PrimeTime Players hosted the Charlotte Tribe in the first matchup of the two teams that are separated by just a few miles. The Tribe came into the game with a 3-2 record and have been a early season surprise in the Northern Conference and the host PrimeTime Players came into the game at 5-0.The visiting Tribe opened the game up quickly by pushing the tempo on missed shots by the host PrimeTime Players that led to multiple fast break points and a early 18-11 at the half way point of the 1st quarter. The next six minutes Chris Moore (6'2''-PG-86, college: Charleston So.) started attacking the basket for PrimeTime scoring 13 of his 23points in the quarter including a layup to end the quarter to give them their first lead of the game at 29-27. The second quarter both teams played great defense with neither team holding a larger lead than 2pts in the quarter as PrimeTime went into o the half with a 52-51 lead. The second quarter did feature two newcomers with Diondre Pratt (6'4''-G-94, college: Johnson C. Smith) with PrimeTime scoring 9 of his 20pts and Rudy Bryant III scoring 10 of his 16pts for the Charlotte Tribe. The second half the PrimeTime Players leaned on Sean Barnette (6'6''-F-86, college: Wingate) who was making his season debut as he put on a show in the 3rd quarter scoring 19 of his 34pts in the quarter as PrimeTime was able to outscore the tribe 34-24 in the quarter and take a 86-75 lead. The final quarter the PrimeTime Players were able to pull away as Chris Moore, Terell Smith, and Diondre Pratt combined for 27pts in the quarter as PrimeTime was able to cruise in the 4th quarter after three hard fought quarters.

ECBL to add Elam Ending for 13th Game in 2019 - 4 months ago
The Elam Ending will be coming to the ECBL in 2019. Teams schedule 13 games throughout the season with 10 games in conference that go towards playoffs seeding and 3 out of conference that don't have any bearing on the playoff standings. Teams will use the 3rd non conference game to play under the Elam Ending rules. The ECBL Board announced the addition of the Fayetteville Panthers to the league lineup for the 2019 upcoming season. The team will be owned and coached by China Bethea who is a disabled veteran that grew up in the Fayetteville area having played Middle School, High School, AAU, and Semi Pro throughout the surrounding area over the years.
