The PrimeTime Players hosted the SC Upstate Redhawks in their home opener at Banks Street Gym in Fort Mill SC in front of a capacity crowd. After a pre game award ceremony for All League players Dijuan Harris (5'9''-PG-86, college: Charlotte), Terell Smith (6'3''-G-85, college: Limestone), and Chris Moore (6'2''-PG-86, college: Charleston So.) all three came out on fire in the 1st quarter as they combined for 23 of PrimeTime's 33 points as they took a 33-22 lead at the end of the first quarter. The second quarter the host team pushed the lead out to a 71-41 halftime lead behind the inside play of Thomas Pfaff (6'8''-C-87, college: Lipscomb) and Brian Mobley (6'6''-SF-87, college: Johnson C. Smith) who had numerous put back and PG Dijuan Harris scored 10 of his game high 24pt in the quarter. The third quarter the Redhawks came out of the locker room looking to get back into the game with guards Demertius Babbs and Cameron Lefear (6'3''-G) combining for 15 points as they were able to cut the lead down to 87-74 with three minute to go in the 3rd quarter. The last minute of the quarter Victor Street (5'11''-PG-88, college: Erskine) Jr was able to find Odell Turner for a three in the corner then after a defensive stop Street finished the quarter with a basket and a foul to push the lead up to 96-77 going into the 4th. The fourth quarter Chris Moore hit back to back three pointers to start the quarter and PrimeTime Players starting front court of PJ Heath and Odell Turner combined for 16pts to help push the lead to 118-88 and PrimeTime cruised over the last four minutes for a 135-100 win.

The PrimeTime Players hosted the SC Upstate Redhawks in their first game since their 1st loss of the season against the Carolina Thunder two weeks ago. It was an ECBL Southeast matchup few thought much about before gameday. Carolina Thunder was 10-1 and holding the top seed in the Southern Conference. Petersburg closes out Home Schedule with Win - 6 days ago
The Petersburg Cavaliers finished their home schedule with a win on Sunday, defeating the Augusta Eagles 139-133 at Petersburg High School. 'It's a big win,' Cavaliers head coach and owner Kyle Dixon said. 'It's a big motivational win.'
