Defending champion VEF Riga (LBL) tabbed 25-year old American 211cm center Nysier Brooks (college: Ole Miss), agency: Green Sports Management for new season. Brooks played most recently at Newfoundland in Canadian CEBL.
He graduated from University of Mississippi in 2022 and it is his first season in pro basketball.
