Eisvogel USC Freiburg (DBBL) signed 22-year old Canadian ex-international forward Audrey-Ann Caron-Goudreau (193-95, college: Texas). She was about to sign at Sporting in Greek A1 league. The last season Caron-Goudreau played at The University of Texas in NCAA in the NCAA where in 23 games she had 6.0ppg, 5.0rpg, 1.0spg and 1.6bpg. She helped them to make it to the final after they ended regular season as second best team.
Caron-Goudreau just graduated from University of Texas and it is her first season as a pro.
She was also a member of Canadian international program for some years. Caron-Goudreau played for Canadian Senior National Team in 2014 and previously for U16 National Team back in 2011.
She represented Canada at the World Championships U17 in Amsterdam (Holland) six years ago. Caron-Goudreau's team won Bronze and her stats at that event were 8 games: 5.5ppg, 5.9rpg, 1.3apg, 1.4spg, 1.0bpg, FGP: 41.2%, 3PT: 21.4%, FT: 53.8%.
Caron-Goudreau replaces Cheyenne Creighton.

The Cape Breton Capers women's basketball team wrapped up a successful weekend visit to Fredericton with a 72-63 win over the host New Brunswick Reds on Saturday.
