There was a minor upset in Paterson where their close opponent Admirals (1-5) were outplayed by sixth ranked United (3-4) 110-91 on Sunday. United had a 38-27 advantage in offensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was guard Tyron Hamby (188-95, college: UFTL) who scored 25 points (on 11-of-14 shooting from the field). Guard Jaire Grayer (196-96, college: TCU) chipped in 16 points and 6 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Kyhiem Chaplin (188-91) who recorded 21 points and 5 rebounds and power forward Joshua Nurse (208-97, college: SFC) added 12 points and 9 rebounds respectively. Five Admirals players scored in double figures. United moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Dallas S. Admirals lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the sixth position with five games lost. United will face higher ranked Thoroughbreds (#4) in Owensboro in the next round and it may be quite challenging game.
