Undefeated leaderBlaze delivered the fourth consecutive victory. This time they crushed bottom-ranked Riptide (0-4) 101-43 . Blaze held Riptide to an opponent 18.3 percent shooting from the field compared to 42.2 percent accuracy of the winners and made 22-of-26 charity shots (84.6 percent) during the game. Blaze forced 25 Riptide turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of Canadian-American guard Ameela Li (168-1997, college: Pacific) who helped to win the game recording 36 points (!!!) and 4 steals. Guard Valerie Higgins (185-1998, college: Pacific) contributed with 14 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists and 6 steals for the winners. Four Blaze players scored in double figures. Forward Jhaina Stephens (185, college: SF State) replied with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds and forward Jessica Woo (175, college: TAMIU) added 8 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Riptide. Blaze maintains first position with 4-0 record. Riptide at the other side still closes the standings with four games lost. They share the position with Reign.
