The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of top-ranked Five (12-4) on the court of fourth ranked Windsor Express on Tuesday night. Visitors were edged by Windsor Express 121-120. Windsor Exp. looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Point guard Latin Davis (183-1997, college: WSU) scored 30 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and American point guard Jaylon Tate (190-1995, college: Illinois, agency: BIG) chipped in 17 points and 9 assists during the contest. At the losing side Russian forward Alex Kotov (209-1999, college: Campbell) responded with 28 points and 8 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Windsor Exp. maintains fourth position with 9-9 record. Defending champion Sudbury F. still keeps top place with four games lost. Windsor Exp. are looking forward to face Lake Erie (#5) in Jamestown in the next round. Sudbury F. will play on the road against the league's second-placed Montreal T. (#2) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Montreal T. moved-up to second place. Lake Erie lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the fifth position with 14 games lost. Montreal T. will meet at home league's leader Sudbury F. in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Lake Erie will play against KW Titans (#3) in Kitchener and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

American Dane Miller (203-1990, college: Rutgers) produced a triple-double by scoring 23 points, 11 rebounds, 11 assists and 4 blocks and his fellow American import swingman Joshua Dominguez (193-1995, college: Wingate) added 31 points and 7 rebounds respectively for lost side.
