Power forward Johnny Griffin Jr. (197-PF-1995) had a great game in the last round for second-ranked Kokomo Bobkats, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 14.
The 28-year old player tried to help (4 points, ten rebounds and sixteen assists) his team in a lost game to KW Titans (#1, 16-7) 99-125. Bobcats was forced-out from the top positions in BSL. Kokomo B. is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. But it was their 1st lost game this season out of 2 games. In the team's last game Griffin Jr. had a remarkable 121.1% from 2-point range and got four three-pointers out of 8 attempts. It's his second year at Bobcats and it's hard to imagine this team without him. Johnny Griffin Jr. averages just after two games 5.0ppg, 8.5rpg and 8.0apg.

The second best player in last round's games was young American Armani Chaney (178-PG-1997) of Newfoundland Rogues. Chaney had a very good evening with 40 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists. Chaney is a newcomer at Newfoundland R., but is already one of team's top players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 29.5ppg (#1). His other stats are also decent: 6.0rpg and 7.5apg. Former Tennessee State University star Chaney is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market.

Third on the list of top players last round was another Kokomo B.'s star - guard Tremont Moore (190-G-1998). Moore showcased his all-around game by recording 5 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists in the last round. Despite Moore's great performance the Kokomo Bobkats lost 99-125 to #1 ranked KW Titans. But his team cannot count on just these two top stars as they also need help of the other teammates especially in such crucial game. The last thing Bobcats needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams in the Midwest. Their record is 1 victory and 1 lost game. Moore has a very solid season. In 2 games in BSL he scored 9.5ppg.
