The American Basketball Association (ABA) today announced that the Syracuse Stallions have taken the #1 position in the ABA Power Rankings with two great wins over the weekend, replacing the undefeated Richmond Elite and narrowly edging out the unbeaten San Francisco City Cats.
"There are some very strong teams in the ABA this season," stated ABA co-founder Joe Newman . "And I anticipate that there will be a lot of movement in the Power Rankings. Interestingly, the Top 3 teams are all new expansion teams in their first season. A minimum of 4 games was needed to qualify.
