WUBA breaking news: July 13, 2011 The GIE Lady Disciples announced the signing of Ukraine star Shantel Ragin (5'10''-G/F-87, agency: Promotex, college: Clayton St.). The 25-year-old forward-guard played in Ukraine last season. Ragin tallied 20.1 points, 10.6 boards, 2.2 assists and 1.6 steals per game in the UPBL with Dynamo-NPU Kyiv.
