The Maryland Suns a new team joining the EBA in 09 have been doing a series of exibition games this year in hope to gel togother for there EBA season next year.The Team has chosen its franchise players and they are Hugh Jones (6'3''-F-80) (6'3''-F-80) aka 'Baby shack' and Charles Thompson (5'10''-G-78) aka 'shakes' the 6'4 Jones known for his famous hops from the and 1 mix tape tour will be the front runner for the Suns and Thompson a 5'10 point guard will make a nice combo along with a strong core of guys. The Suns will bring a fast pace style of play to the court just like the Suns of the NBA. The Suns are playing there exibition games at Bishop McNamara High School in Prince Georges County, Maryland which is located just 15 minutes from The Alexandria Avengers which should be a great cross town rivalry for the EBA.
