 This years ALL-EBA teams were announced this week. This season was trully a good season for the EBA with very talented players this season Sherman Brittingham (6'5''-F-82, college: California (PA)) (6'5''-F-82, college: California (PA)) ,Tyree Harris (6'1''-G-79, college: Pfeiffer) and Dave Jannuzzi (6'1''-G-77, college: Wilkes) highlight the 1st team with rebound machine Daryl Owens (6'2''-G-76, college: Nova CC) showcased the second team.

 The EBA's Top scorer Sherman Brittingham (6'5''-F-82, college: California (PA)) (6'5''-F-82, college: California (PA))of the Delaware Destroyers signed with Al Ahli Jeddah in Saudi Arabia last week. Sherman was the leading scorer in the EBA this season scoring in a exposive fashion to the tune of 37.

 The Harrisburg Horizon captured their seventh straight EBA title with a 98-96 victory over the North Jersey Lakers Saturday night in Green Pond, New Jersey. Dave Jannuzzi (6'1''-G-77, college: Wilkes) led the victors with 23 points. This was trully a good year for EBA action with two new teams Alexandria Avengers and The Camden Pride the league looks to have a bright future with other franchises looking to join in 09.

 The Alexandria Avengers hit the road this weekend and defeated Harrisburg Horizon 113-110 This past weekend an avenged there early season defeat. Harrisburg Horizon controlled the game the whole way thru thanks to Dave Jannuzzi (6'1''-G-77, college: Wilkes) 30pts going 7of 8 from three-point range and went into the 4th quarter leading 84-71.

 After making waves in the 2008 edition of the Eastern Basketball Alliance, the Alexandria Avengers, a team based in Virginia under the ownership of Dominic Manuel , decided to join the National Professional Basketball League last week, playing their first game versus the New York Strikeforce.

 What promised to be a great game between the EBA's top two teams The Harrisburg Horizon and The Alexandria Avengers did not disappoint. The game was tight from the opening tip to the final buzzer.The Game was trully a nail bitter from start to finish The Horizon took a 7point halftime lead at the break. But after halftime fell behind 81-80 after the 3rd.
