Maryville University Vice President for Athletics and Recreation Marcus Manning announced that Collin Lanam has been selected as head women's basketball coach. Lewis University head women's basketball coach Kristen Gillespie announced on Thursday (August 25) that Gabby Green (5'6''-PG) (Milwaukee, Wis./Pius XI/Bradley) will join the Flyers, beginning with the 2016-17 campaign. Green, a 5-foot-5 point guard, transfers to Lewis from Division I Bradley University in Peoria, Ill. Coach Kristin Kunzman announced the addition of seven women basketball players to her UVa-Wise roster Wednesday. The group of eight will join eight returners as the Cavaliers will look to build off last season's quarterfinal appearance in the Mountain East Conference Tournament. The eight additions are comprised of four forwards and three guards.
