The West Chester university women's basketball team (20-4, 17-3 PSAC) continued its winning ways on Wednesday night when they welcomed Lock Haven (5-18, 4-15 PSAC) to the friendly confines of Hollinger Field House. The Winthrop women's basketball team shot 64 percent from the field in the first quarter Tuesday evening but couldn't close out the Presbyterian Blue Hose, falling 64-58 at the Winthrop Coliseum. The Lander women's basketball team used 24 points from Chelsea Mitchell and career-high five three-pointers from Christal Williams (5'5''-G) to topple UNC Pembroke, 83-69, on Tuesday night in a Peach Belt Conference contest.
