KBDL sees Mid-August as the first league wide meeting to prepare for the next season. The meeting will take place in Louisville, Kentucky and ran by Commissioner Todd. The good, the bad and the ugly from the 2010 season will be discussed as well as the future.
Currently the 2011 season looks like it will return eight teams, The River City GAMBLERS, The Southern Indiana GENERALS, The Tri-State TANKERS, The Cincinnati Stallions, The Northern Kentucky THUINDER and the THOROUGHBREDS travel team

The KBDL 2010 season has come to an end. The Tri-State Tankers went undefeated for the season.
The only glitch that we had this season was that the Centrallia Pride from another league collapsed during the season
and we had to revamp the schedule.
Coach of the Year went to two coaches, for several different reasons.
Coach Mike Gibson of the Tri-State Tankers and Coach Brad Smith of the Southern Indiana Generals share thjat honor this season

Executive of the year went to Montana Patten, General Manager of the Tri-State Tankers. Commissisoner Cliff Todd is already preparing for next season.

TANKERS vs GENERALS
In a matchup in keeping with the military tone of the Holiday weekend, the
Tri-State TANKERS traveled to Corydon Indiana to play the Southern Indiana
GENERALS. The late afternoon game was a re-match that ended in a victory for the
Tankers three weeks ago.

TANKERS vs GENERALS In a matchup in keeping with the military tone of the Holiday weekend, the Tri-State TANKERS traveled to Corydon Indiana to play the Southern Indiana GENERALS. The late afternoon game was a re-match that ended in a victory for the Tankers three weeks ago. Behind USI Alumni Melvin Halls 11 points and Brandon Carrs 10, The Tankers Turned in a big first quarter, finishing the period on top 39-21. With back to back blocks by Wes Caudill, the second quarter started off to favor the Tankers. Olijade Hay mirrored with back to back blocks as well, while Tyler George stole the ball and passed to Melvin Hall for two points. At halftime the score was 63-46. Dereke Soaper stole the ball and made a two pointer in the third quarter along with Brandon Carr turning a defensive rebound into two points each single handedly. The end of the third quarter scoreboard showed the Tankers in the in the lead 97-74. The highlight of the fourth quarter was when Soaper stole the ball and dribbled to the basket scoring 2 points with an off the backboard slam dunk. The Tankers scored a total of 50 points in the final period bringing the final score to 147-107. The Tankers were led in scoring by Melvin Hall with 40 points and Dereke Soaper with 29. Tyler George turned in a triple double with 24 pts, 10 rebounds, and 15 assists. Casey Eaton, Brandon Carr, and Wes Caudill each turned in double-doubles: Carr with 24 pts-22 rebounds, Eaton with 16 pts-10 assists, and Caudill with 10 pts-10 assists.
