TAYLOR FORD Indianapolis Bandits tabbed 25-year old former American international shooting guard Taylor Ford (175-92, college: UALR). She played most recently at Platges Mataro in Spanish Liga Catalana. Among other achievements Ford played in the final of WUBA in 2015. She received also WUBA All-Defensive 1st Team award in 2016. ASHLEY BROWN Indianapolis Bandits strengthened their roster with addition of point guard Ashley Brown (168). just graduated from LIU Brooklyn (NCAA). She has played there for the last three years. A sellout crowd at Alverno College in Milwaukee, Wis. witnessed the Flint Monarchs repeat as champions of the Global Women's Basketball Association (GWBA) over the weekend. On Saturday, the Monarchs defeated the Milwaukee Aces, 83-68, to claim the national title on the road.
