In 22 games she averaged 9.6ppg, 4.1rpg, 3.6apg and 1.3spg. Cruz helped them to make it to the final after they ended regular season as second best team. It was a very successful season in her career as she was selected to Eurobasket.com All-Russian PBL 2nd Team and All-Bosmans Team. Cruz also played 16 games in Euroleague where she had 9.1ppg, 4.7rpg, 3.9apg and 1.3spg. She contributed to her team making it to the final.

She has been also a member of Spanish international program for some years. Cruz has regularly played for Spanish senior team since 2009 and previously for U21 National Team in 2007.
She represented Spain at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) this year. Cruz's team won Silver and her stats at that event were 6 games: 8.8ppg, 4.7rpg, 3.2apg, FGP: 38.6%, 3PT: 20.0%.
