Ivory Latta
The Washington Mystics announced the signing of Ivory Latta (5'6''-PG-84, college: N.Carolina). The point guard is currently playing in Israel. Ivory Latta is the member of Maccabi Ramat Hen squad. She tallies 10.3 points, 5.3 assists and 2.5 boards per game in Israeli League. Ivory Latta spent the last WNBA season with the Tulsa Shock. Her stats read 14.3 points, 3.3 assists and 2.2 boards per appearance. Previously Ivory Latta had stints with Ted Kayseri, Tarsus Belediyesi, Mersin, Atlanta Dream, Ceyhan, Elitzur Holon and Detroit Shock. She was named All-Israeli League Guard of the Year in 2011. Ivory Latta also made it into All-Turkish TBBL 1st Team in 2010. The guard was trumped All-ACC Player of the Year in 2006 back at her college time.

Minnesota Lynx landed 30-year old Spaniard international point guard Anna Cruz (173-86). It is actually her comeback to Minnesota Lynx as she has played here before. Cruz moved there from Dynamo Kursk in Russian PBL league where she started the season. The last season she played at Nadezhda Orenburg in PBL. In 22 games she averaged 9.6ppg, 4.1rpg, 3.6apg and 1.3spg. Cruz helped them to make it to the final after they ended regular season as second best team. Atlanta Dream Announces Georgia Tech as New Home - 3 days ago

The Atlanta Dream will play the 2017 and 2018 seasons at Hank McCamish Pavilion on the campus of Georgia Tech, team officials announced on Monday. The Dream will be relocating to the 8,600-seat McCamish Pavilion as Philips Arena will not be available. USA - Spain 101:72 Team USA earned the sixth straight Olympic Gold. They rallied past Spain in the championship game tonight. Lindsay Whalen (175-PG-82, college: Minnesota) and Diana Taurasi (182-SG-82, college: Connecticut) scored 17 points each for the winners. The teams stayed close throughout the opening quarter.
