The organization gives each individual the opportunity to further their career in women's basketball. This team is owned and coached by Barry E. Robinson II of Augusta, Georgia. He was an assistant coach in the 2012-2013 basketball season for the Atlanta Tarheels and the Atlanta Riverhawks basketball teams in the WBCBL. The Rockets' staff includes general manager Reggie Cummings, who played two seasons at Reinhardt University from 2005-2007 (Led the team in assists and steals). He has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, with a concentration in Marketing. Mr. Cummings also played professional Show Basketball.

The following players have been added to the Conyers Rockets 2016 Basketball Roster: Ashlie Bellingslea, a 5'6 point guard out of Southern Polytechnic State University.
