This makes the first URBL champion crownd. Irving started doing what they have done all year, letting their star guard Ricky James run the team. The first quarter was very close with Dallas Ft. Worth duo inside and out with Jermaine Barnes, and Jerome Boyd working hard to establish the inside game. At the end of the first quarter DFW trailed, and would continue to run behind most of the game. Holding the lead had Irving constantly fighting off DFW.
