Humphrey
Feimat Mataro (Spain) landed 30-year old American guard Quin Humphrey (6'5''-G/F-84, college: Youngstown St.). He was drafted by the GIE Maile Matrix in the first round (2nd overall). He was later named Usbasket.com All-UBA Defensive Player of the Year. After a successful season the Matrix traveled to Santiago, Dominican Republic to play in the FIBA Mitchell Cup. In 5 games Humphrey averaged 15.0 points, 12.0 rebounds and 3 steals. He was named Latinbasket.com All Copa Mitchell Cup 1st Team and Top Defender.

Two years ago (four years after he left the college) Humphrey was drafted by Rio Grande Valley Vipers (D-League) in second round (4th overall). He would spend four seasons with the Vipers.

He attended Youngstown State until 2008 and it is his seventh season in pro basketball.

Humphrey has tried to make it to the NBA and played in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2009.

His college team won Horizon Conference Tournament in 2007. He was later named Horizon Conference Player of the Year averaging a league best 19.7 points per game.

Humphrey is a very experienced player. He has played also professionally in Italy, Portugal, NBA DL, UBA, NBL Canada and the Dominican Republic.

This event will include National Teams from Jamaica, Aruba and Trinidad. There will also be select teams from the US and Bahamas. Basquete Blumenau/APAB (Liga Ouro) added to their roster American guard Deonta Stocks (6'1''-G-88, college: W.Georgia). He just played at Georgia Spartans of the UBA. Stocks also spent pre-season at Boras Basket (Basketligan) in Swedish. Two years ago he was drafted by Sioux Falls Skyforce (D-League) in second round (33rd overall). UBA Signing 3/27/2017 Halcones de Ciudad Obregon (Mexico), agreed terms with American guard Glen Rice Jr. (6'6''-G/F-91, college: Georgia Tech) He started the season at Georgia Spartans (UBA) in the U.S. He was currently ranked 3rd in the UBA (scoring) with an average of 21.4 points per game.
