U.S.Monastir (Division I) strengthened their roster with addition of 23-year old American guard James Justice.

Justice last played in the UBA for the GIE Maile Matrix where he averaged 20.0ppg and 5 assists. He was named USbasket.com All-UBA Playoff Team along with a UBA championship. He would later join teams Jermaine Barnes and Freddie Williams for Team USA in the 34th Annual William Jones Cup in Taiwan. Justice average just over 9.0ppg for Team USA in just 19.8 mpg. This season Justice was selected by the Tulsa 66ers of the NBA Dleague.

Justice attend Martin Methodist College where he led the Red Hawks to a back-to-back TranSouth Championships and was named Player of the Year in both his Junior and senior season. He finished his career with a 16.8ppg average alone with being named 1st Team All-American.
