Lewis Sims (203-F/C-73, college: New Orleans) former player of Charlotte Elite (TRBL) gave an interview:

Why you decided to be a pro player?

Why to be honest I never thought I would be a pro basketball player. I just want to go to college and play on TV for my parents to see. I was just lucky to play 17 years.

There are many players without a job fighting for the same spots, how hard is to wait for your ideal offer and not take the first that comes up considering that the next one may not come soon.

Well right now times are hard in Europe and guys have to take what they can get unless you're a veteran that have experience and played on big teams. After my third year I many choice every year until my last year so it was never a problem for me.

Which was the best game you had in your career so far?

I think the first year in Torrelvega in Spain. They was in the ACB. We played against Barca and I had 36 against Pau Gasol, because he mostly guarded me the whole game.

Tell us your strong point and your weakness in your game.

I think my strong point was scoring because I can score from inside or outside and makes it even more difficult for the defense... My weak point which use to be my strong point before turn pro is defensive rebounding...

Which player was the hardest opponent to play against?

These two teams really don't care for each other much, but that they do respect each other's game is apparent. This due, in part, to both teams carrying players on their rosters who used to play for the other team. While, too, many of them have been team...   [read more]
Raleigh Revolt claim second straight title - 1 Year ago
For the second year in a row The Eastern Conference champion, Raleigh Revolt, and Western Conference champion, Charlotte Elite, faced off with TRBL championship as the prize. The defending champions, the Raleigh Revolt, come into the game having only lost once this season against the visiting Auburn Pro-Elite. That loss brought to an end a 17 ga...   [read more]
