Kentucky M. outgunned Ohio Bootleggers to advance into Finals. Mavericks outrebounded Bootleggers 43-32 including 31 on the defensive glass. 28 personal fouls committed by Bootleggers helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of swingman Robert Crawford (201-90, college: Cent.Arkansas) who helped to win the game recording 27 points and 5 rebounds. Point guard Anthony Jackson (180-85) contributed with 13 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals for the winners. Forward Bernard Edwards (198-90, college: Defiance) answered with 27 points and 6 rebounds and guard Cordaryl Ballard (196-87, college: USC Aiken) added 20 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists (made all of his seven free throws) in the effort for Bootleggers. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.

Rochester fired past Jamestown to reach the title series. Rochester RazorSharks made 22-of-28 charity shots (78.6 percent) during the game. Rochester RazorSharks players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. Point guard Jerice Crouch (182-84, college: Chattanooga) stepped up and scored 19 points and 6 rebounds for the winners and center Jordan Railey (213-92, college: Washington St.) chipped in 16 points and 4 assists. At the losing side forward Christian Davis (190, college: Howard Payne) responded with 23 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and forward Bradley Christian (, college: Paris JC) scored 16 points and 5 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.

The Premier Basketball League tonight crowned the Rochester Razorsharks the 2017 Champions after holding off their rival Kentucky Mavericks 95-94 to win their fourth consecutive title.
