Kazembe Abif
Team FOG Naestved announced the signing od Kazembe Abif for next season. Naestved plays in the danish Ligaen and finished in the quarterfinals last season. Abif is an athletic Power Forward/Small Forward, who spend his rookie season with SC Rasta Vechta in Germany. In 18 games in the 1. Regionalliga he averaged 22.4ppg, 9.1rpg, 1.8apg and 1.2spg. He was named to the Eurobasket.com All-Regionalliga Northe 1st Team in 2017. Abif also saw action in 3 games for the Vechta BBL team, where he scored a season-high 7 points versus Bayern Muenchen. Naestved Assistant Coach Chris Gillett scouted Abif at the Scorers 1st pro showcase in Las Vegas last week and agreed terms with the former Drexel (NCAA 1) player.
