River Lions net first-ever 3-game win streak - 2 days ago
A funny thing has happened since the Niagara River Lions increased their Canadian content. The team hasn't lost. The River Lions now feature a league record eight Canadians, and on Wednesday night at Meridian Centre the team capped off their first ever three-game win streak with an impressive 121-98 victory over the first place Halifax Hurricanes. Two of those Canadians were key in the Lions latest win as Richard Amardi (6'9''-F-90, college: Oregon) (Scarborough) drained 23 points and pul...   [read more]

A's fall on the road to Niagara River Lions, 121-106 - 5 days ago
After losing a close one to the Kitchener-Waterloo Titans the night before, the Orangeville A's (15-22) headed to the Meridian Centre to take on the Niagara River Lions for a 2:00 PM Sunday afternoon game.
