Windsor Express (NBL Canada) added to their roster 23-year old American forward Brian Bridgeforth (208-86kg-94). He just graduated from Wash.Adventist (NAIA). In 21 games he recorded very impressive stats: 19.0ppg, 11.4rpg and 1.3apg last season. A very spectacular year in his career as he was selected All-AII Div.II Defensive Player of the Year and voted to All-AII Div.II 1st Team and voted to All-NAIA D2 Honorable Mention. Great season indeed as he was selected All-AII Div.II Defensive Player of the Year, All-USCAA D1 Player of the Year and voted to All-AII Div.II 1st Team.
As mentioned above Bridgeforth is just out of the college and it will be his first season as a pro.
His team made it to the AII Tournament Semifinals in 2016.

Lightning a win away from second straight title - 10 days ago
The London Lightning put up an explosive second quarter and survived a Halifax surge in the fourth to take their first series lead in the NBL Canada championship. London held on to defeat the Hurricanes 110-102 at Budweiser Gardens on Monday night. It was the third win in a row by the Lightning in what was their final home game of the season.
