Dinwiddie Basket in Last Second, Nets Beat Pistons 101-100 - 15 hours ago
Spencer Dinwiddie (6'6''-G-93, college: Colorado) hit the big shot against a familiar foe. Dinwiddie's jumper with 0.9 seconds left lifted the Brooklyn Nets over Detroit 101-100 Sunday, the Pistons' fifth straight loss. After a basket by Andre Drummond (6'10''-C-93, college: Connecticut) put the Pistons ahead with 4.7 seconds left, Dinwiddie took the inbounds pass, drove to 14 feet and drained a jumper against his former teammates. The Pistons picked Dinwiddie in the second round of the 2...   [read more]

Pacers pull out 94-86 win over Spurs in San Antonio - 15 hours ago
Indiana made itself at home at an arena that's rarely hospitable to visiting teams. Victor Oladipo (6'4''-G-92, college: Indiana) scored 19 points and the Pacers defeated San Antonio 94-86 on Sunday night, snapping the Spurs' 14-game home winning streak. San Antonio lost at home for the third time this season and the first since Nov. 10 against Milwaukee. 'It's just a great win for this young team to come into San Antonio, where they only lost two games,' Pacers coach Nate McMillan said....   [read more]

Thunder blast Cavaliers to keep LeBron from milestone - 1 day ago
LeBron James (6'8''-SF-84) came up just short of 30,000 points. Oklahoma City nearly got there, too. Unable to stop Paul George (6'9''-G/F-90, college: Fresno St.), Russell Westbrook (6'3''-PG-88, college: UCLA) or Carmelo Anthony (6'8''-SF-84, college: Syracuse), the Cavaliers were embarrassed 148-124 on Saturday by the Thunder, who not only rolled to their fourth straight win but kept James shy of a historic milestone. George scored 36 points, Westbrook had 23 and 20 assists and Anthony...   [read more]
