Alex
Poythress
Indiana Pacers inked 24-year old forward Alex Poythress (203-108kg-93, college: Kentucky). It is actually his comeback to the Pacers as he has played here before. Poythress played most recently at Phi.76ers. In 6 NBA games he averaged 10.7ppg and 4.7rpg last season. Poythress also played that season for another team Fort Wayne Mad Ants where in 46 games he had very impressive stats: 18.5ppg, 7.1rpg, 1.5apg and 1.4bpg. A very good season in his career as he was selected to USBasket.com All-D-League 2nd Team, All-Star Game and All-Rookie Team.
Poythress has never been drafted by the NBA.
His college team won SEC Tournament in 2016.
Poythress graduated from University of Kentucky in 2016 and it will be his second season in pro basketball.
His game is described as: Alex is prolific scorer with a multi-dimensional game. He's big enough that he can take smaller players down low and create problems, but he's too quick and too athletic for your typical forward to play him straight up.

Indiana Pacers roster for 2017-2018:

Guards:
Damien Wilkins
Darren Collison
Victor Oladipo
Edmond Sumner

Forwards:
Bojan Bogdanovic
Alex Poythress
Ben Moore

Center:
Domantas Sabonis
