Monta Ellis
Dallas Mavericks add Monta Ellis (6'4''-G-85) for the next season. Dallas agreed to terms with Monta Ellis on a three-year contract worth close to $30 million.
Ellis played last time at Milwaukee Bucks. In 86 games he recorded very impressive stats: 19.0ppg, 3.8rpg, 6.0apg and 2.1spg (in top 3) last season.
The previous season Ellis played at the Warriors. In 37 games he averaged remarkable 21.9ppg, 3.4rpg, 6.0apg and 1.5spg that season.
In 2005 he was drafted by Golden State Warriors in second round (40th overall). Ellis has never attended the college and entered pro basketball just after his high school.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as Ellis was voted All-NBA Most Improved Player of the Year and was selected to NBA All-Star Game All-Sophmores Team back in 2007.
He was a member of USA U18 National Team between 2000 and 2005.

James scored 19 points and added 11 rebounds and 14 assists in front of a raucous home crowd that was on its feet from the pregame ceremony until late in the gam...   [read more]

Much-hyped Warriors season opens with 129-100 loss to Spurs - 2 hours ago

The debut of one of the most prized offseason additions in NBA history ended inconspicuously with 3:41 left on the game clock Tuesday night.
