The Rocky Mountain (Mont.) men's basketball team picked up its first Frontier Conference win of the season with an 86-80 upset of No. 10 Lewis-Clark State (Idaho) on Thursday night in the Fortin Education Center. Craig Wilmore (6'3''-F) provide Rocky (9-5, 1-2 Frontier) the lift they needed to pull the upset with a career-high 19 points. Jared Samuelson (6'7''-F) scored 23 points to lead the Rocky Mountain (Mont.) men's basketball team to a 59-54 upset at No. 2 Carroll (Mont.) on Tuesday night in Frontier Conference play. Rocky (10-6, 2-3 Frontier) trailed 43-41 with 10:53 to play in the second half, but took the game over with a 13-1 run over the next eight-plus minutes to build a 10-point cushion with 2:23 remaining. MSU-Northern men out-shoot Argo men for second Frontier win - 20 days ago
A career game from senior point guard DeShaun Rice and 14 total steals weren't enough for the University of Providence men's basketball team to overcome a significant disadvantage on the glass in a 74-63 loss to Montana State University-Northern.
