The Central Basketball Development League has announced that the Missouri Quake are now officially locked in for the 2016 season. This gives the league teams in Mississippi, Georgia, Florida, Alabama and Missouri. "This is a great ownership group that understands the direction of the CBDL and how important it is to be very uniformed as a league and know this is a great direction for our teams" said CEO Benjamin Mireles. "With the teams solidifying their roles as professional teams by joining our league and focusing on the training and development of their players as well as building a solid product on and off the floor, it will only strengthen the value of our industry" The team is owned and operated by Chief Executive Officer Austin Bridges (573-625-9677). The team has already solidified sponsorship from companies such as First Midwest Bank, Dexter Pizza Company, YHCTV, Show Me Times, Healy Sportswear, and even their local Richland High School with hopefully more to come. The team will be located in Essex, Missouri as their venue TBD and looks forward to being apart of such a developmental structure within the league.
