Savannah Cavaliers outlast Royals 101-64 preparing for upcoming 2016 CBDL season - Dec 8, 2015

Savannah Cavaliers are preparing for their upcoming season in the CBDL and while they are getting ready for the seaosn they continue competing against some other teams within the region by outlasting the Royals 101- 64 this past weekend. Bryant Edwards led the way in scoring with 18 points and Adrian Spellman with 10 rebounds while the team had 6 players in double figures. The entire team contributed to the win with a solid defensive effort only holding the Royals to 64 points. The 37 point margin was the largest win by margin for the Cavaliers all year. The team continues to get better as it is focusing on building plenty of team chemistry and working together before tip off in April. Cavalier players who assisted with the win are as follows:

Dennis Green - 12 points with 4 rebounds
Wallace Lloyd- 11 points with 6 rebounds
Bill Thompson - 16 points with 6 rebounds
Chris Spears- 10 points with 3 rebounds 1 block
Chris Housey - 2 points with 1 rebound
Roland Bryant - 5 points with 2 rebounds
Rok Middleton - 16 points with 1 rebound
Aaron Pringle - 1 rebound
Darius Cowherd - 7 points 3 rebounds
Artjuan Albright - 8 points 1 rebound
Brandon Robinson - 5 rebounds

Tuscaloosa Titans edge Tampa Bay Hawks 140-113 in the latest NABL game. They opened the court with a 33-17 push, while the opponents caught up with them later in the game. Tampa Bay Hawks won the second period 35-29 and added a 37-29 run in the third frame. Tuscaloosa Titans however erupted with a 49-24 surge to seal the win. In what was a highly anticipated NABL SouthEast Divisional matchup, the Tuscaloosa Titans proved that they are in fact, the "real deal," with a 118-112 win over the Tampa Bay Hawks. The Ohio Bootleggers took down the visiting Grand Rapids Danger in a stellar divisional matchup, 118-114 on Saturday evening. The NABL Game Of The Week proved to be very competitive and a rivalry in the making.
